Incredibly simple and well featured. Internet radio, MP3, streaming from your computer, even simple terrestrial FM, it will wake you with anything. Very simple to set up, and remarkably reliable, even with my dodgy wireless router. And for a single speaker system, it's passably hi-fi. Still, the shape and functions clearly suggest it should be used as a bedside clock-radio. Pity it's so complicated to set the alarm time, and that the time isn't displayed when the radio is off. So we'll bust a star off what would otherwise be a 5-star rating.

I've had this product for a few years and was generally happy with the product. It had it's fair share of bugs which rare software updates would try to fix but I used it for the odd recording and watching of TV. The live pause was unreliable and would usually stop working or freeze. As of November 2006, an over the air update was released that stopped the TV guide from working properly. Sagem were very poor at reponding to this, and as of Jan 2007, no fix is available, making the unit virtually useless unless the channel you want to record on has a full TV listing. As such - beware of this. I, for one, based on their poor response, won't be buying Sagem again.

When I first bought this item, the picture kept freezing, switching itself off and restarting for no apparent reason. Returned it for an identical model, and the same thing keeps happening. It has also been tried on a different TV, no other receivers have ever given me problems. Don't take my word fot it, put Sagem Setanta and freezing into Google, and you will see what a widespread problem this is
