It is well worth the money as it has several toggle two way switches, other buttons and a hat-switch (8-way). Plus it has a good dual throttle function. It has a light-up missile switch and this joystick is incredibly easy to programme and install. It has a military design and is a perfect shape and is very light-weight. Now the 'BUT...'

The reason it is cheap is because it has cheap plastic so if you are looking for amazing materials look further up the price range. On the other hand this joystick still works fabulously. The missile switch is a bit gimmicky and the buttons are slightly flimsy and cheap looking but for this price the joystick is a bargain.

Problems i had: The 'universal' attachable wrist rest is very ... Read More:

If you want a cheap functional gamepad, you can't go wrong with this. With a design comparable to the PlayStation console controllers, this pad is comfortable to use and very responsive. The analogue sticks are solid and for a pad of this price you can get a surprising amount of precision from them. Ten buttons as well as two analogue sticks and a POV-directional pad were sufficient for almost any game I used with it.

The pad also features an Analogue button which disables the analogue sticks, but this behaviour wasn't consistent between games. It doesn't interfere with the pad's operation and can't be pressed accidently, so this is only a minor point.

Whilst this controller is very solidly built and quite robust, it will ... Read More:

I bought the Saitek Cyborg EVO on the recommendation of a friend and on the back of many of the positive reviews on Amazon.

I have to say that it is a a really nicely designed joystick and I did manage to get a fairly full year and a few months out of it. The adjustable hand positions, the multiple button settings (i've had no problem with changing the presets) and the roll bar are all excellent and well placed. So, given all of this, why did I only give this kit 3 stars?

Sadly, I have to agree with one of the other reviews about it's durability and/or craftsmanship. The trigger button barely lasted me a year and I am not such a devoted gamer to justify it breaking. Now, the sensor gets stuck and I find myself firing constantly ... Read More:

5.Saitek Pro Flight Yoke System (PC) from: Saitek
September 14, 2007
Average Rating: out of 5 stars

Electronics : Saitek Pro Flight Yoke System (PC)
I am at the point of sending my second Yoke back. Both yokes I have tried have had the "phantom" button presses issue - controls activating without user input. Check the Saitek forums and see just how wide spread this problem is. Saitek say less than 1% of units affected. If so, my second yoke should have been fine (simple probability) as should the second units of other purchasers.

The Yoke design is very good, it build quality is not. It is very obvious from the outset that the switches are flimsy (nothing like those on Saitek's X52 joystick).

Avoid until Saitek have got the quality right.

Also Amazon price is sky high! (50% more than some retailers).

Actual picked this keyboard up for £30 at a certain PC "shed" t'other day - had it mis-priced i think so i leapt at the oportunity...heh.

Having gone through (as others have) many wireless jobbies over the years, it's a joy to have a robust keyboard that suffers no cut-out or lag issues again.

Love the lighting - perfect for a dimly lit environment, especially when your writing reviews etc.

Another (unsuspected) advantage is that this could possibly be THE PERFECT SMOKERS KEYBOARD! Gone are the days when fag ash goes unnoticed down into the crevices of the peripheral only to later foul the keys and make 'em stick. All such detritus is highlighted by the lighting and can be swiftly removed. :D

I've only just bought this, so thought I'd give my initial thoughts:

It is actually more comfortable than I thought, and the motorised palmrest isn't just a gimmick.

I do have a problem with the cable as mentioned in a previous review. I can see it occasionally hindering movement, unlike the cable on the G9.

The extra buttons look like they'll be great in gameplay.

One *major* point: I read reviews of this mouse on American sites, and on Amazon US. They mention the fact you can add/remove weights just like my G9. However, I can see no evidence of this at all. It may well only be on the American version. Had I known this I may not have bought it as I am very happy with the G9, but just thought I'd try another mouse to see which ... Read More:

I bought this specifically to fly in IL2 (Aces/PF). Out of the box, the basic functions work very well with good precision though you may need to find the right settings for the stick inputs in the IL2 software [I suspect the 'stalls and spins' reviewer didn't do this]. Having 2 trim wheels on the throttle immediately makes a massive difference to flying (though again, you may need to tweak settings to make the wheels less sensitive). The thumb mouse is a great improvement for looking around if you don't have a head tracker. Lots of people with the more expensive CH flighersticks swear by the X52 throttles. Lights and displays are a bit gimmicky, but at least are pretty.

Then, there are all the buttons (about 17), 3 POV hats, a mouse wheel and a slider, all of which can ... Read More:
