After carefully researching many telephones we decided to buy the Siemens E455 Twin after reading a lot of very helpful reviews on the liGo Reviews website. The product arrived the next day, installation was quick and easy and we hardly had to use the manual to set up the phone and handset. We have been using it now for almost 4 weeks and have not been disappointed. The phones are ruggedised, so even you drop it or splash some water on it, they will surive this easily (good if you have children or shaky hands). All in all I can highly recommend this product to anyone and give it 5 stars. Peter

I've waited a while for something like this to come along after reading reviews of previous gigasets. It was worth it. I've had a few dect systems. Always 2 handsets and an answer phone. Firstly was a Philips jobby that I hankered to replace with something more snazy and mistakenly got a Magicbox system (the one with touch sensitive keys) and it was awful (kept activating speaker phone or hanging up when you touched the phone to your cheak). No complaints about the telephone itself. However after a short powercut our base station fried. Siemens customer services are not English and not helpful. It is also impossible to purchase a replacement power adapter.

This isn't a good review because I can't think of anything bad to say. Perhaps if the phone was free I'd give it six stars. Mind you, this is the first VoIP phone I've bought, so it's possible it's rubbish by comparison to something else, but if you have a decent broadband connection and want to save some money on phone calls (and get some extras like weather reports and email!) - buy this phone. If you have a family, then get some extra handsets too because you can have several calls going at once on the same VoIP line if you want.

I am very pleased with the Siemens E455 Phone. The product is as described on Ligo/Amazon. I have seen suggestions that the handset volume isn't very loud, however on full volume it is louder than we need. Display is clear and menu ok. Range is much better than previous DECT phone. Purchased via Ligo (on Amazon). After order placed, Ligo called to apologise for a stock shortage and offer opportunity to cancel order. Actual delivery was still less than 6 days and was as promised in Ligo's call. Would happily use Ligo again.

This is clearly in a league above other wireless phones. I particularly like the separate base unit, the SIM transfer of numbers from my mobile phone, the easy intercom, the flashing voicemail announcement, proper battery packs and overall feeling of quality. My last set was Panasonic and before that Binatone and BT. They all were weak one way or another. I cannot recommend this product enough.
