i bought this product 4 days ago and first impressions were i like it !! having got the hang of it which wasnt hard at all,my impression is i love it !!.the ease of use is hard to beleive and the sound quality in one word is fantastic !! on looks it is really cool and i am an auld fella of 67yrs so that should tell you something,as always amazon packaging and delivery are superb 10/10 to them thank you amazon.

I bought these to replace the earphones that Sony supplied with my Sony NWZ-A818 MP3 player, those earphones had excellent sound quality, but they were the traditional earphone shape, which i always have trouble wearing due to them falling out. So i though i'd buy a new pair of moderately priced Sony earphones that were more ergonomic. I assumed that since my other pair of Sony earphones were so excellent then these would be too, especially since these ones were most likely more valuble than the ones Sony bundle with their MP3 players. Well... i was WRONG. These sound awful. The sound quality is terrible and makes music sound tinny and like nails down a blackboard. I'm sure the item itself is great, but when I ordered this, I actually got the LCS-TWD instead and it was shipped from the US. So I basically didn't get what I paid for. Interestingly, I paid £4.50 for p&p and £26.25 for the item -- when the package arrived, it said that US postage was $1.80 (about 90 pence?) and the value stated on the jiffy was $9.49 (about £5?), so in all I feel like I've been ripped off... In fairness, elsewhere on the internet, you can get the case for anything from £18-£24.99 so I'd say that it's probably best to buy from elsewhere -- at least you might get what you ordered.

Great bit of kit, but if the power goes it's a bit annoying in trying to set it back up again! The first couple of times this happened the instructions had to be found.

I wanted this mini tripod to go with my Canon Ixus 75 camera to take nightime/low light shots without a flash. This tripod is perfect for that size camera and can fit easily in my pocket (either with or without the material case that's included). The only minor criticism I have would be that the legs sometimes struggle to stay fully extended, but with a compact camera this is rarely an issue. I have recently purchased a DSLR (D60) and have been using this tripod with it while I decide on which larger tripod to buy. For occasional use with the DSLR this mini tripod works very well, but just make sure the legs are fully extended as I've had it fall over with a heavy lense on the camera! Considering the price, these Xd200 heaphones are good. Mine cost under £20. I play a lot of old early sixties music. So I don't really need the sound to be too refined. Some of the sound quality on those early rock n roll recordings, was sometimes a bit harsh, a bit grainy. What I wanted, was a good, heavy base, without losing too much of the top end. I didn't want a thick, muddy base which swamped every thing else. And these phones do let you hear quite a good variety detail of the top end. However, they are not perfect. For that price, not expected to be. My main niggle, is the lack of real definition when the switch is moved, from music to movies. Overall, though, I thought they were good.
