I'd be dallying for a while about buying this or the Intempo DAB iPod dock and I am so glad I bought this one. It has great sound for such a relatively small system (I am sure the neighbours agree). I have literally just plugged in my iPod and it plays. The remote is great too - I can control the wheel with it which is great for being lazy! The DAB functionality is great too - I have already saved my favourite channels in the system. Very easy to use, looks great, sounds amazing - no regrets (only that I didn't buy it sooner!).

The product itself would have been fine. However the product delivered was damaged. The UK power piont had been forced into the package and damaged the item. After three weeks and numerous calls a refund was paid but we were still charged a delivery charge. I would not recommend this supplier.

I researched carefully before buying the Sony W4000 from Amazon. Several TV review websites gave this TV their blessing. My main criteria for buying was that the tv would provide quality images and sound at standard definiton level. So much hype about HD; yet perhaps 90 percent of broadcast television is in Standard Def. So do be realistic when choosing . Suffice to say the Sony is excellent in all respects; good colour and clean images, with above average soundstage. The remote is ergonomic and comfortable to use, onboard menu system is clever and straight forward to operate. I am assured also that it produces excellent images from HD sources. Essentially a great telly. Buy with confidence !

First of all,well done to Amazon for yet another great online shopping experiance (ordered mid afternoon delivered next morning). This camcorder is my 4th over the last 12 years and is certainly the best yet,amazing price considering my 1st camcorder cost me £1,600. Video quality is amazing even after copying to a standard DVD (I recorded video footage using the max quality settings)as the transfer to DVD is automatically done in SD mode. so you record in high detail and make both HD (AVCHD) & standard copies. I wont bore you with more detail as all that is available here & elsewhere,what I will say is - GO GET ONE.

This is a superb TV. The picture is razor sharp, the colours are excellent, the sound crystal clear, the 20" wide screen is ideal for a small lounge (our's is 15' * 11') and it doesn't dominate the room. It was simple to set up, simple to use and the silver colour (really a dark grey) doesn't show the dust. Price from Amazon was £90 less than on the high street and delivery was quick (even on 5 day super saver). If you're really into heavy classical or rock music and the sound isn't quite heavy enough you can always plug it into your hifi system. The only problem I have is occasional slight blocking on digital, but that's not the fault of the TV, we are in a dodgy signal area, and in any case this TV handles the situation much better ... The last DVD recorder I had was a philips model boiught second hand. It had a mind of its own, not recording sometimes and insisting most of the discs I purchased for it were faulty (even though my neighbour never had a problems with discs from the same store) typically, as soon as the 3 month warranty ran out the drawer refused to open, lol. This new recorder is in a different class. the menu is so easy to use and the thoumbnails all individually play the scene in minature so you have a much better idea of what you recorded earlier. It looks terrific and the picture is far improved from my old player. Timer record is easy peasy to set up and I have yet to take advantage of the HD cable picture upscaler thingy. I agree with the majority of the other reviewers; this is undoubtedly a very high quality photo frame and I am essentially very pleased with it. There is however a single flaw. If, like me, you upload your photos to your PC for minor manipulation (e.g. cropping or adjusting brightness etc.) with photo editing software then the new .jpeg file you create from your PC may not compatible with this photoframe. Hard to believe but true. It's even in the manual supplied with the frame! So if you simply shoot your photos and want them displayed then this frame is for you. However if you use PC based photo manipulation software then the images you create may not be compatible with this frame, regardless of how small the changes you make. Hence four stars instead ... Build Quality is excellent: metal body, firm tactile buttons, no creaks in the casing and battery compartment is extremely secure. Looks: Bearing the Sony Cyber-Shot name across the front against the brushed allumium is absolutely stunning with the dark metallic trim matching the body of the lens. Battery life: It is quite good I haven't experienced it dying out in the middle of a day trip or occasion where lots of snaps get taken. As we are told to switch off items at the mains in these 'green' days, perhaps the following emails may be of interest? I suggest this may be true of all Sony TV's. Anyway it's worth checking. It is not at all clear in the manual. Question 1:My parents have just had a KDL26V4000 TV installed and they have been told to leave it on standby as it will lose settings if powered off? If this is true what about the enviroment and safety when going on holiday? Sony Answer: I can inform you that you will not lose the settings from the TV if it is turned off using the switch on the front of the TV.
