Bought this to go from my Sony HXD890, also from amazon, to my Bravia TV. Does the job perfectly, well made and DVD upscaling looks great. No need to spend any more, for £5 great value. Make sure you measure as it is short, fitted perfectly for me with no unwanted cable but not much slack and my TV sits on cabinet with DVD underneath.

Why are Amazon still advertising this bracket as a promotional product with incompatible tv's?????? My partner has already complained many times. Do the people at Amazon care about what they advertise? And has anyone else had the misfortune to talk with the "Monkeys" who answer the customer service telephones? They haven't got a clue!!!!!

Searched everywhere for something different for our new 37" LCD TV. Saw somethiing similar to this for a smaller tv so decided to give this a try. Well worth the money. This sets off the tv perfectly and looks great. Sturdy unit with a nice high gloss. Will need regular dusting to keep looking good!Delighted all round.

I was rather alarmed on opening the box to find so many different parts to put together! All the same, everything required was present, and the instructions were reasonably straightforward. I guess it took me about half an hour to assemble the stand from start to finish. Overall I'm pleased with this purchase - it didn't cost too much, and it looks perfectly acceptable in the lounge too.

Bought this on the Sunday it was delivered on the Tuesday and it really looks good for the money, I have seen some at twice the price and it's as nice on the eye as them, it was fairly simple to assemble once you work out the difference in the silver flanges, great value

After reading the previous person's review on this, I decided to write to Amazon to find out more about this item before I commited to buy it. They said that it was a FIXED TILT BRACKET. So I thought it would be suitable for my needs. However, on receiving it, I am rather amazed that they can call it a TILT bracket at all. There are 2 sticking out bits that join the wall section to the section that screws to the tv. The top one is shaped so that it pushes the top of the front section out more than the bottom which is, in theory, meant to give the 'TILT'. But the TILT is hardly enough to worry about. Seems silly to be reviewing a TV stand, but when you look at how much some cost, this is half the price of other comparable stands on Amazon and 1/4 what you can pay on the high street. Easy to assemble, solid build. It came well packed, a small panic when 4 nuts on the component list appeared to be missing but they turned out to be already screwed on. I have it supporting a 32 inch widescreen LCD, which over hangs by about 2 inches or so on each side, which is fine, but probably anything larger would look out of place.

I read the previous review and fortunately my sky box and dvd player sit neatly on the glass shelves without protruding. In fairness the stands dimensions are clearly available on the product information guide and if you take a few minutes to measure your dvd/setbox/video etc you will save yourself some disappointment later on. The stand is extremely sturdy and well made and looks better in the flesh than on the web page. It took me 15 minutes to assemble and came well packed with tools and clear instructions. The previous reviewers points raised about the rear cable concealment did not present me with a problem and the wires from my tv/skybox and dvd player tucked away neatly.
