Straight to the point, i've had a Kenwood MP6090R RDS for about 5 years, it has been outstanding. It plays all types of cdr's and mp3's of all bit-rates, display's the ID3 Tag's and even changes the colour of the buttons between red & green, the red matches my vw interior lighting perfectly. Anything coming after it has a lot to live up to. For the new player, i wanted usb/sd for getting the most current tacks into my car without having to constantly burn cd's, plus i wanted multiple video format support for our 3 year-old movie-freak. In these two areas, the player is perfect. I've not encountered a movie format it won't play, and the usb mp3 thing is flawless, i'm just waiting for ... Read More:

I was worried about the quality of this dvd player at such a low price, but needn't have worried. The radio has RDS which works far better than our previous Sony radio. Frequency display is a little boring, but does tell you everything that you need to know. Picture quality is very good. TV aerial connector is a bit strange, as its got two female jack plugs (? why). I can still pick up a poor picture even without aerial connected. Overall very happy with the system.
