I brought one of these a year a go as I wanted a TV tuner for my pc. I purchased this one seeing that it was dead cheap. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for. The first pci slot I installed the tuner on failed (near new pc). The second one worked but the only driver which would automatically install was the video driver, the TV tuner driver could not be found and it took me many hours searching the hard drive for the driver. When I finally installed it, the tuner wouldn't tune in until I found out the driver thought I lived in Germany and was searching for German TV channels. I installed the latest drivers from Newmi, sill wouldn't install well and when the TV did work, the sound was awful, the picture was grainy (roof aerial) ... Read More:

Received yestarday, returning today. The device does not record 2000 minutes (mine records 8 hours, i.e. 480 minutes on 128MB memory), does not record MP3 (records in WAV and ACT) and stores up to 99 (not 199) files in each directory.. In addition, in my unit the 'lock' button has not been working.. Great disappointment. Not to Amazon standard.
