I've had this phone less than a week, but I have been pleased with it's performance so far. The set up was somewhat tricky, as many, if not all Skype addresses use a period in the address. None of the literature showed how to find the period. By accident I noticed it was available on the 1 button. After discovering that, the installation went flawlessly.

The resolution is nothing to write home about, but unless you want to spend at least 3x as much money, you won't notice much difference between this and any of the other digital picture frames under 150 or so. About my only "complaint" concerning this unit is that there is no provision to run it on batteries, rechargable or otherwise. That is pretty common with these units though, unfortunately. All things concerned, this is a really good deal, and I am very satisfied with the purchase. Stupidly simple to operate. Would make a great gift.

headphone socket is smaller than usual so its a pain if the supplied headphones are lost or broken, battery life wasnt even close to '8 hours' it was closer to about 2 1/2, took me a while to connect to computer (had to use 2 USB connections), it doesnt put the songs in order so finding songs is dead annoying and LONG, video player is not good at all, and it's very weak, i only got 5 months out of it before the headphone socket broke and it just froze also, this was my second one, the first one froze after a few days and had to be replaced great service etc but the MP4 is CRAP

Was very impressed by the MP4/MP3 Player, and delivery at that, came two days after i orderd, with free delivery. the phone is VERY stylish is just looks really classy and cheap, i was worried about buying from a relativly "unknown" make/seller, but assured by the service and tecknet answered to all my emails. would recomend anyone this product.
