perfect came packaged well, no scratches. works perfectly. It even is compatible in Europe, one can change the plug from Europe to an UK plug. the only thing is that it did not come with a return form, or receit.

I have a standard 24" CRT TV and the picture was blurry at best through the supplied cable and it is hard to notice a huge leap in quality from PS2 to PS3. Having read reviews on the more expensive RGB scarts I thought I would try this cheaper one out to see if it did actually make a difference or not.
