I had my 710 for around 18 months. It seemed to work fine for a few months. That was until I took it to Italy to help get me around when it refused to turn on part way through the trip. It was only when I got home that I learnt about the reset button that you have to push using a pin or paper clip. This kept happening when placing the unit on the screen mount (which should start the unit automatically). So I soon learnt to switch it on before placing it in the mount. It ran okay until a few days ago when it lost the UK map whilst driving and only displayed the Italy map. Then it lost that.
