Tomtom are a dutch outfit who make PDA centric SatNav software and supporting hardware, TomTom II is the latest incarnation of the product and it wipes the floor with manufacturer supplied SatNav. Its simple to use touch screen interface beats fiddling with the Knobs on your stereo come satnav that a car dealer will want £1500 extra for! It is very reliable and you can even live with the lack of postcode support which tomtom blame on the wacky UK postcode system, apparently its not logical (now i can believe that). The recent upgrades (available from tomtom.nl) add new features like one button route re calculation to avoid traffic jams, you can also add POI points of interest databases which can be anything from ...
