My card works fine. Superfast for an AGP. And since, maybe like you, I haven't worked up the courage for a CPU and Motherboard conversion to PCIE.
So our options are limited.
I bought mine and remembering to delete all drivers and have the new 169.21 ones ready for instalation, all went well. But...
Now evertime I boot up and start a game, Battlefield, COD4, or something similar I get arfifacts on screen, visual anomilies galore. I have contacted XFX with no real help.
But I have found if I restart my PC straight away then the problem is gone.
All in all Im happy with my card, I play for long extended periods of BF2, BF2142 etc and have few crashes caused by the card. It could be better but until I change to PCIE ... Read More:
