The 8800GTX just delivers, now as much as it ever did. I had an existing 8800GTX and linked this one up for SLI, and the performance is simply brilliant.

The 8800GTX may be older than the G92 chips, but it's massive 768Mb of onboard memory mean that at high resolutions with AA enabled it is faster than the newer 9800GTX that was supposed to replace it, and two of these monsters compare well to a 9800GX2 or a 280 GTX.

Blistering performance, fantastic build quality, good stable drivers (finally)

CONs

Huge power draw (especially in SLI), they run hot which is fine for the cards but may heat up a poorly ventillated PC fast, huge physical dimensions mean these will not fit in ... Read More:
