It works, but 3 areas that it falls down imo 1) Software - On other cameras such as the Axis models you can set timed actions when motion is detected. For example when motion detected email or ftp the images of the full activity for x seconds/minutes or until the motion stops so you can receive second by second sequencial images of the full activity. With the Ycam you have no real options for the time line when motion is detected. I had someone come into my house for 3 minutues and all I received was 2 images, neither of their face. 2) Doesn't work well with Firefox etc. You need to use I.E. 3) Night vision was disappointing in large completely black rooms.
