I read all the reviews on this page, and thoght what the hell for that sort of money you cant go wrong. I was pleasantly suprised too, to find it was very good. I have a cupl of small issues though, and they are... There is no "Random" option when playing which can be annoying when i dragged appro 200 tunes from one "dance" folder on my Pc, and cant play them at random. Th second flaw is that the headset port is 2.5mm, and the headset isnt the best. i ended up buying a 2.5mm jack converter, and used some other headphones which i had knocking around. Overall very pleased but it is a "value for money" product, and not as slick as a Sony or iPod etc

People moaning about the software not working properly. like review below, THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOUR COMPUTER THEN! The old version of software did have slight glitch, but you can download new version of software anyway. The player itself is a superb product. light, very reliable, great design and easy to use. Its battery life, is awesome, you can all keep your ipod's as far as i am concerned. I want a product that can last more than a few hours of being switched on. This is an excellent product. WELL DONE SONY!

This is a robust, well designed piece of kit. Its well made, has very good sound and is very easy to use. I particularly like the ease of transfer from the PC. The player plugs directly into the USB and the drag and drop is quick and simple. 4GB for the price represents excellent value. My last 2 MP3 players have not lasted long - this will be worth 5 stars if it keeps on.

I bought this in February. Was proper pleased with it. The size, build quality, sound (once you turned the setting up), ease of use were all fantastic. I used my choice of media player, Winamp, to update the player. It was a breeze. I'd put some new Pitchfork recommended indie on it in the evening and rock (see gently sway) it on the bus to and from work. Sometime's I'd even sneak a listen in work if the boss was away!! Anyway the battery life was great. No problem at all. I owned a nano for 3 years and this was just as good - a little more hassle to navigate but definitely not £70 worth of hassle! But alas, dear Amazon reader, yesterday my Sandisk Sansa Clip broke. It just won't turn on. My PC recognises it but the damn thing ... Read More:
