Was bought for me Christmas 2006, all went well untill July o8.Would not turn off even when trying to reset unit. Next morning totally dead , would not even charge or be recognised by my pc.This nano has never been away from my workout station, never dropped or missused, so why???????? Have to go for another, trying for Nano 3rd gen, as I have only just bought expensive dock, hope i have more luck this time. I would recommend 100% if it had been more reliable.

In a nutshell, the sound quality of this MP3 player is very good - In Hifi Terms! Never heard an MP3 player in this price range sound so good. Obviously, get good headphones to experience this (If you have to use the equaliser then your headphones aren't good enough - a basic law of good hifi) Battery charge problems that have been mentioned by other reviewers are not completely unfounded. I have two of these players, this pink one for my wife and I have a black one. Trying to charge the player by leaving it plugged into my PCs USB port was a painfully slow process and would only charge about a third full. On one occasion, I shut down my PC while charging the player and all it's battery power was instantly drained! Read More:

The delivery was a sucess, in terms of shipping as they said it would come between the 6th and 19th of august,only arriving 2 days after the order and the seller and amazon kept me very updated. THE PROBLEM; The problem with the product was that after the 3rd day of only using up to 2GB it fails to turn on after FULLY CHARGING IT! The battery DOESNT NOT LAST UP 2 8HRS. It is almost impossible to put movies on it as there is only one type of file that it accepts which is ASF PLUS YOU MAY NEED ANOTHER PROGRAM TO CONVERT your files to a type that the ASF COVERTER ACCEPTS, WHICH TOOK ME 2 DAYS TO FIND! TO AVOID PROBLEMS LIKE THIS BUY THE REAL DEAL IT LASTS LONGER AND YOU DONT HAVE PROBLEMS LIKE THIS !!!

Well, I have to say I'm very disappointed in the Sansa... After my old IPod packed in, and tired of ITunes tying you in to their own MP3 format, I decided to try something different. I wish I hadn't! The menu is fiddly to use, the software kept doubling up on songs, some songs wouldn't delete, and then eventually the whole thing packed up completely just three months of very light use; the screen has turned completely white and will not reset. Sansa support seem unable to suggest how to fix this, so I am having to return it. I will not be asking for a replacement!

As fantastic as this product is, I'm now on my second one in a year, currently negotiating my third, as the Creative repairs department do not repair (not cost effective {i.e. its cheaper to replace entirely}) Creative Zen V's. Great product, just make sure you take out a good insurance policy (i.e. 3 yrs plus), because mine was 3 days out and Currys still refused to exchange it.

I don't normally do this but I find I am more and more taking note of customer reviews in my buying decisions so its only fair to contribute. 1 The T10 looks great and is just a feel good piece of kit. 2 The unit does smudge from fingerprints but this is easy to wipe off. 3 The user interface is a touch panel of 7 buttons that is better for people with smaller fingers than mine but no great problems merely a slight annoyance. 4 Really easy to use and hooks up with Windows media player with no problems. Haven't bothered to use supplied Samsung Software to date.
