I bought this product from Amazon. When i downloaded my music on the card, it was full at 1GB when it should have been 8GB!

Well i think people are starting to realise that branded ink cartridges are too expensive, and offer the same quality as unbranded. i myself have spent so much money on branded ink cartridges and now have found it to be much cheaper to buy unbranded ink cartridges. i buy from advantage-online.co.uk and i find their customer service to be fantastic and their price to be very competitive. im one of these guys who always complains about the level of customer service in the uk, people dont seem to care about their company and can't wait to have a fag break or goto the pub. In Sep'07 I bought a multi pack thro' Amazon which was supplied by seller ext360. These were supplied in a jiffy bag with no outer packaging. Subequently two cartridges would not be accepted by my printer and appeared to be slightly different in appearance from the empty cartridges. As I was outside the 90 day warranty period neither Amazon or Epson were interested in my problem. My advice to anyone not receiving the correct TO487 packaging is to reject the order & inform Amazon immediately.

This is an exellent product, with very good quality prints and scans. It also feels well-designed and easy to use. It was simple to set up and it is now working very well with my Apple Mac. However, Mac users should note that the CD/DVD printing software only works with Windows. As it happens, I already my own Mac-friendly CD printing software (Disc Cover), and I can tell you that this works well with the printer. This is a lovely printer, and it's a shame about the Windows-only piece of software. For this reason I have given it 4 stars, but would happily upgrade to 5 stars if HP were to make it totally Mac-friendly.

thanks for telling me about avantage-online.co.uk i am new to this printer scam i got it a few months ago and this is the first time i had to replace the cartridges i was horrifed at the cost well i phoned them and got to talk to a realy nice guy that was able to advise me on the right cartridges to get they came today brillent could not praise them highly enought you dont have to get riped off with tiny cartridges the one they recomoned is 24ml's for 12 pounds

The Dell mouse that came with our PC became arthritic all too quickly. Single clicks kept turning into double clicks. Whatever we did, something stuck and we got an action we didn't want. I searched Amazon for 'USB mouse' and found this one. It's brilliant. The slim shape is fine for someone like me with thin fingers. It is ultra-responsive - indeed, I had to get used to how fast it moved! It is also equally good for left-handers such as myself. If I have one criticism, it is that when I installed the downloadable SetPoint software from Logitech's site, it automatically reset the buttons to right-handed (I had reversed them in Windows Control Panel). I spent time checking that the cartridge would be suitable for my photosmart printer and found that the 350xl was a match for the C4200 series - unfortunately the product that arrived did not fit my printer. The code would benefit from a more detailed explanation in the description as to printer compatability. The 351xl that I ordered from cartridge king was a perfect fit. Not sure what went wrong in the ordering process from Indigo Starfish for the black cartridge but this has proved a costly mistake - as I did not realise it would not not fit until after opening the package.

This cable is perfect, for what I was looking for. A cheap, yet reliable branded name, that simply connected my PC to the printer. Have had no problems at all. Picked this up for such a bargain, I have NO complaints whatsoever; I would highly recommend this!
