I've seen a number of complaints about this but I don't see the problem here. I've been using this for about four months now and I have no complaints. The wire management system is simple, intuitive and has saved me many frustrating minutes of disentangling headphone wires. The lack of plastic in the screen hole actually makes it easier to take the skin on and off, which is also a bonus. If you want to protect the screen there are plenty of better options than an integrated plastic sheet, such as the plastic films also available on this site (and also highly recommended). They cut down less of the illumination than an integrated piece of plastic would and are less liable to tear, especially when taking the skin on and off. ... Read More:

Oh my goodness!!! I paid a penny 4 these and there absolutely brilliant!! Brilliant sound considering and good volume. Placed my order on the 6th late evening and there were on my doorstep 2 days later!! You guys at island online are fantasic!! Sittin in the park the other day, i cud have cried, they were that good!! I only wish i purchased a couple of those speakers.. seein as postage and packaging is a fiver! For speakers that good tho.. i can hardly moan! Thank you so much!!!

I have had my house party II for a couple of years now and only used it occasionally on holiday or when working away. It had worked perfectly fine and I was greatly pleased, but! .... I too have begun to experience the large and very annoying "popping" noise between tracks, so much so that I can no longer enjoy my music. To my reckoning I have only used my speaker system less than 100 hours before this started to happen. A great shame because before the popping started I would have gladly recommended this product, now i doubt if i will ever buy another gear 4 product.
