I recently ordered this product expecting it to work with my ipod touch; it didn't. I then contacted the company EIGHT times trying to return it and have been ignored each time. I have now had to ask Amazon to intervene on my behalf as this is simply the worst customer service I have ever received through Amazon. It could quite well be that the charger doesn't work with ipod touch, I can accept that, but I can't accept a company simply taking my money then ignoring me. Again, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. If you want this charger then get it from elsewhere, not from these cowboys!!!!!

This is a woeful product. The quality is appalling. It comes with a stupid metal screw on the back that you can not remove without taking a sharp knife and cutting the 'leather' to make a huge hole in it. You might be thinking why remove it? The reason is if you leave this case on any surface it will scratch whatever its placed on. You can cover the screw with a massive clip which is half the size of an ipod...... brilliant eh ?!!! A waste of money

I totally agree with Phoenix - did exactly the same thing, I wish I revisited the page to have read her review before I bought it,but I put this item in my basket when I saw it in August ready for daughter's birthday. The trouble is the other colours do fit the 3rd Gen Nano's, it's easy to be misled. I've no idea why this one won't, it seems silly. I don't like to give one star for an item I've not tested but you need to draw people's attention to this flaw.

I bought this product as I felt it would give me exactly what I needed - a digital radio for my kitchen. However, after taking it out of the packet I could not get it to work. I tried with headphones and it worked fine but not in the docking station (which is market leader - Bose). I emailed iTempo and they came back to say that their engineers just found out that the iDab is incompatible with the Bose docking station. I returned the item but have not heard anything and have not had a refund yet either! That was a month ago. NOT HAPPY.
