Bought these for my wife. They perform superbly. Focus in on a subject, press the stabilise button and it's just like an invisible tripod has grown under your hands. Even without the stabiliser these are good and light binoculars, with the stabiliser they deserve 5 stars.

I like this camera a lot. It can be set for three essentials I really need: instant shutter response, excellent optical viewfinder (not shown in the photo, can be attached to the flash shoe) and raw files for post processing.

It does have some noise -- pretty typical of small sensor cameras -- once the ISO starts to be raised. I often use it in B&W because that cuts out colour noise and the luminance noise looks more like grain. I am okay with that. I have photos that I would not otherwise have and they are still more acceptable to me than what I get with other P&S cameras.

Under good conditions the Ricoh can produce some stunning images, particularly due to the corner-to-corner sharpness of the lens and very ... Read More:

Electronics : Opticron Imagic TGA 8x42
I've owned a pair of Opticron Imagic 8 x 42 binoculars for a number of years. They are good, general use binoculars. My most intensive use has been on safari in South Africa and birdwatching. They are perfect for both of these. The image is crystal clear and bright. The focus is very sharp. At 23 ounces (650 grams) they are not super lightweight, but my arms have never got tired when using them. When I tried these binoculars out in the shop against other binoculars they won hands down for size, clarity of view and feeling comfortable in your hands. My wife uses them regularly and has quite small hands but thinks they are perfect. Very simply they do their job well and I've never regretted buying them.

I wanted to purchase a new camera as my old 3mp one was getting a bit dated. I wanted a good quality cheap camera and this one is ideal. At just under £100 I got an 8.1mp camera with good picture quality. The pictures come out lovely when printed. Sometimes they're not the best (my skills may have something to do with that!) but at the end of the day it's not an expensive camera and is ideal for family pictures around the home or on outings.
