I purchased this device so that I could sync my phone with my desktop PC. It does exactly what it claims to. Set up is easy and quick. One thing to be aware - on older Nokia phones the desktop software will not work with this as it does not like the bluetooth connector. This is, I think, due to Nokia making some changes to the bluetooth software. Not sure if this is fixed on newer model telephones. So I back my phone book and SMS messages up every other day. The one thing the software which comes with the device does not allow is to back up the diary on the phone. As I don't use this feature it does not bother me, but it is something to note. This was a free offer with the Palm Centro phone I purchased from Amazon. I was surprised that it could only be recharged by my phone charger (I'd assumed it would come with its own charger). It came with 3 sizes of ear piece and a cylindrical attachment which it can be carried in and is charged from. It is comfortable to wear. My only disapointment was that I can't use it to listen to audible books from my smart phone (only for voice dialing / phone calls).

Bought this very neat, quite robust little keyboard explicitly for use with my UK, Blackberry Pearl (tried 8100 and 8120) on Orange. Unfortunately despite the claims and indications of Think Outside/Mobility Electronics, it will not work with these phones... well, not unless you have a version of the operating system that seems to be only available in the USA(!) and most definitely not on Orange UK. Sigh(!).
