This headset was one of the first i tried for my PS3 but it had some noise in the background and tended to echo a bit, out of all the headsets i tried the Madcatz PS3 Bluetooth Headset (Playstation 3) Version 2.0 is probably the best of the lot as it has crystal clear sound with no echo.

I've had this piece of kit for just over a week now and, I have to say, it does exactly what it says on the box. No problems with set-up and only a brief read of the (simple) manual allowed all facilities to be used. Intercom, voice dial, 3-way conference all work fine and people I talk to on the 'phone tell me that all they can hear is my voice, with ambient noise effectively cancelled. The auto-volume adjustment also seems to work well in all conditions I have tried so far. However..... there are a few drawbacks! I ride three types of motorcycle; a moped (for to and from work), a big trailie and a Harley. I also have a Garmin ZUMO GPS which I have used on all three bikes with both a wired connection and now the bluetooth connection ... Read More:

I had been looking for an easy way to push audio from my computor to my speakers, for obvious reasons. This little doongle does just that, easy to pair with my macbook (with bluetooth 2.0), it receivers my bluetooth audio stream and plays it. other solutions to this problem were much much more expensive (one was over £200!!!), this is priced at what it is rather than what it can do. It receives Bluetooth. reason for not giving 5 stars? Why oh why did they target this for ipod docks?!!? I think that will put people off who don't own these speaker docks. I was previously using a usb device to sync my Nokia 6300 and laptop but it's a pest to have it sticking out of the side so I got this one. Even four years after the previous review, neither 3Com nor Nokia can bother themselves to provide viable PC Suite functionality. Don't they like each other ? Is there some sneaky legal battle going on between 3Com and Nokia that means they will never support each others hardware?? :) Heaven only knows. It does seem faintly ridiculous that two of the biggest names in their respective fields scarcely acknowledge the existence of the other to provide the end customer with viable equipment. terrible piece of equipment, i followed all the instructions and yet it just didnt work. had my mate listen in while i thought i was speakin into it, he wasnt hearing anything, tried so many different things, still nothing!! also the headset is tiny, is supposed to fit into ur ear but poorly designed doesnt fit in without slipping out all the time. u will be better off with a headset that goes over ur ear not in it, try the ex01, no probs with that

I have now used this bluetooth GPS many times connected to my Nokia N95 while road biking. It takes a connection within 30 seconds from inside the house I pair it up with my nokia sportstracker software on the N95 and away we go. I carry it in my cycle jersey back pocket along with the phone again no connection lost. I raced for 3 hours last week and got the total route recorded accurately. It is incredibly light and simple to use Great product.
