I have one of these, required if the Wide angle lens adapter Canon Wide Conversion Lens WC-DC58B for PowerShot G7 & G9 - 0.75 x (27mm in 35mm format) which I also have is to be used (also the telephoto adapter Canon Lens Conversion Adapter LA-DC58H for PowerShot G7 & G9 which I do not have). All it does is cover the G9's lens as extended when switched on so the wide angle or telephoto lens adapters themselves can be fitted. A word of timely guidance: to fit this first REMOVE the black plastic serated circle found on the camera around the lens and removed by pushing the black button found on the front of the camera at the lower right (when facing), push button and while holding it twist the black serated plastic circular surround one ... I bought the printer mainly to scan negatives and to print them.
I use both Windows and Mac with a USB connection to the printer.
Even if not entirely satisfied I would buy this product again.

PROS:
- very good scanning quality (of negatives and slides, good speed, rendering of colours, shadows, etc.);
- the print quality is comparable to the one of Boots;
- silent and relatively fast;
- broad range of print/scanning options (I did not try the OCR, yet).

CONS:
- the USB cable is not included;
- on Windows the software requires 800MB and on Mac 480MB. The scan a colour negative at the maximum resolution produces a file of about 20MB. My windows machine has 512MB of RAM ... Read More:

This is a fantastic piece of equipment. I tell you now, if you can afford one then get it! Regardless of what you take photos of, you can use this to further your photography and take it to new levels. I am an am' wedding photographer, with this flash you can just switch it to E-TTL and bounce 'till your hearts content. I have not explored all the features, but the wide angle diffuser is really handy with my 10-20mm Sigma. I'm not entirely sure about the catchlight panel, but you can throw a little light directly forward with bounce at the same time which really adds another tool to your belt.

It's light, it's slim, it fits on my desk without taking up loads of space, it was cheap, it looks really, really nice, sleek and black and shiny (which matters to some superficial people such as myself). I brought it in the door ten minutes ago and I just printed my first document. And I have a Mac, and there was no fiddling around at all.

A totally pleasant surprise. I will only say that there is a newer model available, but that's why mine was so cheap. As for those moaning about ink costs I bought this one because it was cheaper than replacing the ink on my Epson which I'd never really loved. And black Epson ink costs £16.99, whereas it looks to me as if I can get Canon black for less. For someone just printing word documents like me I think ... Read More:

I bought this camcorder last week and have just used it to record a friend's wedding. It is my first camcorder so bear that in mind!

Hardware:
The camcorder fits my hand nicely after adjusting the strap, with the small number of controls in easy reach. Both the screen and viewfinder are bright and easy to use, my only gripe is that several of the controls are on the LCD screen surround, so you can't change them if you are using the viewfinder.
The zoom is very good and can be controlled smoothly while recording, personally I wouldn't recommend you zoom in too far without a tripod, the image stabilisation only compensates for a small amount of movement.

Image and Sound:
The sound quality is excellent with the built in stereo ... Read More:
