Tut tut, I didn't get it from Amazon (they didn't have any at the time). That said, this little thing is brilliant. Easy to use BUT - if you (need or) wear glasses make sure you're wearing them before putting it in your (in my case Nokia 6301) phone. If it springs out you'll be lucky to find it! This technology is mind-boggling. So much capacity in such a tiny card, and this isn't anywhere near the largest GB storage available on one of these. My phone can only handle 2GB, or so I'm told, otherwise I'd have gone for even more storage. It's so cheap it's mad NOT to.

This card is even faster than the extremely fast Extreme IV. As far as using it on camera is concerned, this gives a faster refresh time after the buffer has comletely filled up -- about 10 seconds on the Nikon D3 using NEF and JPEG together. In practice, over 2500 shots in one week, I never got to the point where shooting stopped because images hadn't been written to the buffer in time. I've never experienced that before with any card, and it set me free to shoot what I wanted when I wanted it. Off camera, on Firewire 800, this card was amazingly fast, downloading a full card in about 4 minutes. That is, likewise, the fastest I've ever seen, and effectively means I can download 8GB onto a laptop in the field before the next card ... Read More:
