I bought this because the price for the capacity was good, it has a useful clip point large enough to attach to cord so I don't loose it and it is pink meaning I am less likely to forget or mislay it.

This is a con again. Trying to buy quantities of low value products on Amazon is not worth it as if you order 20 items you will be charged 20 times the postage when it probably costs no more to send 20 item as it does 1. I will not buy anything from Amazon again until this matter is addressed.

Ink cartridge. Black. Goes in my HP Deskjet 5650 (see HP Ink Compatibility Chart at top of Product Description page). Excellent quality. Not so hot economy/value. (£12 at the moment. I say 'worth' a tenner.) What it says on the tin.

Overpriced and lacking in ink. Just bear in mind that most manufacturers won't repair or replace printers that have used third party inks. Not that that would stop me!

Having previously bought this item from other stores I bought this time from Amazon themselves as they were cheapest with the free delivery. I had no problems with receiving the item and it works fine, so I'm pleased with my purchase. Canon cartridges aren't cheap, but then neither are any cartridges that are actually sold by the big brands such as Epson, HP, Lexmark etc. If you're looking for a cheap cartridge then you need to buy a 'compatible' type which basically means that it hasn't been made by the same firm as your printer. Personlly, I prefer to stick to the so called 'proper' brands but that's just down to personal preference.

I have to say that I ordered this with the colour cartridge on 25th June and had super saver delivery so didn't cost any extra and they arrived today. I can't fault 3 days delivery for no postage cost. The ink works fine and I know that I'm still covered by warranty for using manufacturers goods. I use reviews a lot to decide on what and where to purchase and just wanted to relate my experience which has been first class.

This product was really easy to use, and I didn't have driver problems with older versions that other reviewers seemed to have. It even picked up my wireless signal in the garden (I live in a flat so this was quite a task). The problem is that it overheats, and will show as being disconnected until it decides it wants to give me a connection again.

Four months after buying this drive, its power supply failed. This is apparently quite a common problem with this make of drive - just Google Seagate power supply fail. No help from Seagate. No way to replace the power supply without buying another hard drive! I'm not buying anything else from Seagate, and I urge you not to as well: their aftercare sucks.

Canon inks are great and this Canon PGI-5BK is no exception. I'm very very pleased with the results and can foresee myself sticking with Canon printers and their inks. I have regrettably tried a set of compatible inks in the past which produced disgraceful print quality, where the colours ran and mixed with each other on paper. They also made a mess of my printer around the area where the cartridges sit in place. I had gone too far with penny pinching, and quickly went back to the Cannon original inks. It took many and I mean many executions of my printer's self maintenance cleaning software to get it back to its 'as manufacturer intended' state, even after I had changed the ink back to Canon originals. I had never considered that any computer would be supplied without the disc. I have asked to change the laptop to a model provided with a disc
