I have to say that I ordered this with the colour cartridge on 25th June and had super saver delivery so didn't cost any extra and they arrived today. I can't fault 3 days delivery for no postage cost. The ink works fine and I know that I'm still covered by warranty for using manufacturers goods. I use reviews a lot to decide on what and where to purchase and just wanted to relate my experience which has been first class.

I couldn't have been more impressed. Ordered Monday evening, delivered Wednesday morning and works perfectly (unlike some well known refills). Also 40% cheaper than some high street stores. Highly recommended.

I purchased the multipack of inks and found the last one to be replaced was rejected by the printer with a message saying the cartridge was incompatible. When I contacted Epson customer services I was told they only have a 90 day warranty. I suggest buying them individually as if it takes more than 90 days to use them all you could be left with a useless cartridge and no means of replacement through Epson.

Who said useful IT gadgets were dull!! This funky little device is cool, colour is really nice. And it works well. Easy as pie to use... buy one.... frankly it would be rude not to!!

Canon inks are great and this Canon PGI-5BK is no exception. I'm very very pleased with the results and can foresee myself sticking with Canon printers and their inks. I have regrettably tried a set of compatible inks in the past which produced disgraceful print quality, where the colours ran and mixed with each other on paper. They also made a mess of my printer around the area where the cartridges sit in place. I had gone too far with penny pinching, and quickly went back to the Cannon original inks. It took many and I mean many executions of my printer's self maintenance cleaning software to get it back to its 'as manufacturer intended' state, even after I had changed the ink back to Canon originals. I owned the old version of this in a 250GB but had filled it up so was pleasantly suprised to see that they had updated the look of the product, looks like my PS3 however that really wasn't that important, the thing which grabbed me was the power usage, 75% less than a standard drive they use some new fangled technology which allows the drive to go into a park mode when not searching for information which means it is not running burning my cash. Also pleased to see that they included free back up software and encryption to give an element off added value. From a technical point of view the transfer rates are excellent, I transfered the contents of my Laptops hardrive 80GB in under an hour using a standard USB cable from the box.
