What a FAB piece of kit! It's sleek, sound is great and has a funky yellow colour, which was essential as this was a birthday present for my 13yr old son and he loves it! I would however recommend that you buy the iPod Nano Case - PG603 IceBox, as not only does it protect the ipod but it further enhances it's appearence.

This iPod looked dodgy ever since it came out. It looks more or less a miniature version of the ipod classic. It's just £50 than a classic. This only store 4 GB (some 8GB) while classic store 80 GB and it has no extra features whatsoever. Finally the 4th generation is out and that can do things the classic can't so don't buy this.

I ordered this after going through reviews and comparing with other products with the reviews/prices and technical spec given. I can say that this give great quality of sounds and easy of setup, worth for the money you spend. The box requires bit of space but you can keep it under the table and the speakers are nice and small.

I had an Apple Wireless Mighty Mouse before this and I must say it beats it hands down! Lightweight and portable as well as perfectly at home on your desk, the tracking is excellent and the extra functions (for macs anyway) a stroke of genius - you can personalise the scroll wheel (which also tilts from side to side) to use Spaces, Expose, Applications - practically whatever you want. The amount of control this very well-priced mouse gives you is unparalleled for any non-professional user.

I bought this because £30 for 4gb seemed like a good deal. I wanted a basic, temporary mp3 player to keep me going till I've got the cash for a better one. The player is as described by others: quite attractive, small and light, and easy to use. It does NOT have a radio, even if the description above mentions one. But I am tremendously disappointed. The output volume of this player is ridiculously low, at 3mw per channel (compare that to the iPod's 30mw!). It is impossible to hear music anywhere near traffic, on the train etc, and even on a quiet street it's quite irritating to constantly want the music just a bit louder. Having recently had self inflicted problems with my TomTom (my son plugged in the wrong charger and blew it up!) I posted my system to Tomtom free of charge after they first sent me all the packaging, to have it returned in under a week fully repaired - again, no charge. I am extremely impressed with the service provided, it could not have been better. I have always been satisfied with my TomTom for ease of use and accuracy. It came into it's own during a holiday in France. Highly recommended all round.

This leather case for the Zen works well for me. Although I'd agree with other reviewers that it doesn't have a screen protector when the case is open, it will be closed (and fairly securely fastened by the clever magnetic closure) when it's in your bag or pocket, so this isn't really an issue for me. The player sits comfortably inside the case. It isn't 'skin tight' but having done a few (careful) experiments, I don't think my Zen is likely to fall out either. Unlike an earlier reviewer, my case smelt 'leathery' rather than plasticky when it came out of the box. It doesn't show up too well on the picture but there is a trim of red piping around the edges of the case. If you want the all black look, you'll need to look elsewhere but I quite like the red. This dock was advertised to work with all ipods. However, although I can use it to play my 4th generation nano, it doesn't charge, making it practically useless. Also, the remote doesn't provide facilities to navigate the menus. Since the 4th generation nano has spoken menus, there is no need to see the ipod when navigating so it would be good to be able to do this from the remote. If you have a different ipod to the 4th generation nano it would probably be fine, although I expect it probably won't charge any other new models.

Speaking without hyperbole, I think I can say that out of all the equipment I have bought throughout my life, from toasters to CD writers, this is without a doubt the WORST thing I have ever had the misfortune to waste my money on. With the computer in one room and the wireless router in just the next room, I have never had a signal strength stronger than "poor". My flatmates use different wireless cards and have no problems (just in case you think it's the router). As an experiment, I placed the wireless adapter right next to the router, as in four inches away, and it still couldn't find the network.
