I have to agree with the other poster. I have previously purchased much cheaper so-called replacement NB-3L batteries which have not even fitted my Ixus, as they were so badly made. The Canon batteries might seem over-priced, but they work and won't invalidate your warranty. Don't waste money on cheap batteries which might damage your camera.

Bought this for my Canon 40D and 17-85mm IS lens, fits perfectly either lens in first, LCD screen first or camera in sideways. I find the last one best as I can pull the camera out and the handhold and shutter release is immediately in the right place; this also gives enough space to roll up the shoulder strap. Space for a spare battery or two, two memory cards (the 40D uses Compact Flash), and probably a couple more small things as well. But dont expect to get any more in, this bag is for a dSLR and small/medium zoom lens. Well padded, and decent zips providing a large opening. I'm very impressed with this lens. Before I bought it, I read reviews on various websites, some saying it was brilliant, some saying it wasn't very sharp, too big, too heavy etc.I took the plunge and bought one and haven't regretted it. I've used this on d40 and d300 bodies and it works superbly on both. The autofocus is very fast, quiet and accurate. The VRII system is also very impressive allowing very slow shutter speeds - I've had sharp, handheld images at 1/30 sec at 300mm which would be completely impossible without it. As for the size and weight, for a lens with a maximum focal length of 300mm with a built in focusing motor and an optical stabilisation system it's not really a problem (the canon equivalent is the same size but ... I have an EF 17-40 f/4 L, an EF 70-200 f/4 L IS and an EF 100-400 f/4.5-5.6 L IS in my Lowepro Nature Trekker, but this lens is what's attached to my EOS-5D most of the time - and whenever my 5D is stored in my backpack when I'm out and about, it's stored with this lens on it. That's about the best recommendation I could give. The zoom range is great for everything from architecture to landscapes to portraits and it even performs nicely with either of the EF extension tubes (12 or 25) attached. Even without them, it focusses up nice and close to 0.45m - only very marginally outside the 24-70 f/2.8 L's closest focussing distance of 0.38m (which I'm guessing is probably the other lens you're considering if you're taking the trouble to read this). ... Perfect size for the Panasonic FZ28 with the lens hood attached - just shove the camera in sideways for a snug fit. Without the hood you can use the internal divider to take up the spare space in which you could perhaps stow a mini tripod. A tiny internal end pocket holds the lens cap and a separate thin side pocket (also internal) holds a filter and spare battery. Lid pockets provide storage for spare flash cards. Good quality construction and well padded. The only drawback is its one-piece zip-around lid is not particularly fast access but I doubt you'll find a better bag for this camera.

Good quality audio cable, came very neatly wrapped around a plastic reel. I didn't use the eight connectors in the end, was easier just to twist the little wires into a point and put them in speakers. Be careful if crimping manually because you can easily cut some of the wires too bymistake. Also make sure u give urself a generous amount, it gets used up more than u'd think when following wall corners etc.

Had this remote a few months now and it has already been dropped several times and stepped on but it still works fine. The cord is a good length but not long enough for self portraits and the button is smooth in operation. Recommended
