This is a very smart looking phone, it is sleek and silver, matches my decor and is not an eyesore. It feels quite chunky in the hand, and has withstood my children playing around with it. The buttons are easy to press, and the phone is very user friendly. The dial tone is easy to hear around the house, and I managed to go to the bottom of my garden without losing reception. The speaker phone is not very clear though, but I have that problem with all phones, but still could be an area for improvement. It is still a good phone for the money, and definately worth purchasing.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.....As has already been said these phones have a mind of there own....they randomly switch off mid call.....they switch off whilst in the cradle and also switch off when you press a key to make a call. I await delivery of some new phones and will have great pleasure in smashing these up !!!! They are so frustrating....save your money and but a different model.

i recently ordered this item which was provided by ligo. the item i ordered was no longer available and i was supplied with an upgrade at no extra charge. in fact i was given four phones instead of two. i had only purchased bt phones before and was amazed how easy the phones were to set up and the difference in the reception. i was unable to use my previous phone in my garden but the panasonic gives excellent reception. without doubt the best phone i have ever purchased and top marks to ligo for their exceptional service.
