I love my nike + attachment for my ipod and use it all the time. It really helps motivate me and I enjoy the challenges and goals you can set up on the website. I've used it on the treadmill and once calibrated it seems very accurate. I would definitely recommend it.

I do love my new Creative Zen Stone, but I only wanted a tiny mp3 player to put my favourite tracks on to so that I can carry it around easily and listen to everything on shuffle. It's brilliant for that. (I already have a 30GB Creative Zen vision for all my music.) I haven't bothered with the headphones, as I have a much better set. I reckon Creative should break the mould and offer their mp3s without headphones for those who are clued up to the `the headphones that come with mp3 players are usually duff' fact of life. There is some background noise but I only notice it between tracks and that's only if I'm paying attention. Bought this not very expensive adaptor to use with the free Tiscali Siemens router. Installation into XP took minutes and worked without problems. After reboot into Fedora Linux there it was again - no installation required - brilliant. It works fine with no drop outs from downstairs to upstairs diagonally thro a brick wall in the first 2 weeks. For this money I did not expect success at all. Very impressed and would advise you to give it a go if you have this set up.

This is my first Pod. Its a fantastic little gadget. I use it walking to and from work and at lunchtime. Its extremely light and clips onto a shirt, tie, belt or jacket. Its easy to use and you get a good 12 hours from a very quick charge up [2-3 hours]. Quality is good and better than some MP3's i've tried and I like the headphones. They are comfortable and good enough quality. Maybe a bit light on the bass. The only criticism is the fact that you can't select the music you want to listen to and after a while its something I miss. You can listen to whats installed in order or shuffled up. Im full of praise for this little case. It looks very stylish and adds allot of protection compared to your average case. Its great value for money and i protects most areas of your i pod. I can even put it in pocket and walk around with it in this case! (may not sound like a wow factor but without a case your i pod would be in scratchville)

I recently changed my ISP moving from Norton to McAfee, which were both supplied free of charge as part of my deal. McAfee was simply awful and left me feeling scared to use the Internet so I decided to purchase my own. After searching the Internet for reviews Kaspersky appeared to be well thought of so the purchase was made. Installation was an absolute doodle and I have to say I now feel that my PC is extremely well protected. What's more my PC runs much faster especially at start up, Kaspersky really uses much less CPU usage than any other anti virus / firewall that I have used before. It is so easy to use even someone with very limited computing knowledge will have no problems.

thanks for telling me about avantage-online.co.uk i am new to this printer scam i got it a few months ago and this is the first time i had to replace the cartridges i was horrifed at the cost well i phoned them and got to talk to a realy nice guy that was able to advise me on the right cartridges to get they came today brillent could not praise them highly enought you dont have to get riped off with tiny cartridges the one they recomoned is 24ml's for 12 pounds

Was looking for a relatively inexpensive and easy to use product for use on holiday etc. So plumped for the Sony Handycam. It does what is syas - extremely easy to use and pick up, first class recoding quality (although can be noisy - shot a small clip on a nice spring day in Inverness with a slight breeze and watching playback on TV it sounds like it was blowing a gale!!). My only criticism would be with the software supplied and instruction manual. I am not illiterate when it comes to computers but 3 months down the line, I still cannot get the Handycam to link to my pc and I have no idea how on earth one goes about editing footage with the software provided.

Excellent 160 Gb of extra HD memory. Transferring files to this for backing up seems to be nearly as quick as using the integral Vista HD on my laptop. It is automatically, and quickly, recognised and works happily on both XP and Vista using only the USB connection; no extra power needed. My clutch of small (1 Gb and 2Gb) USB Flash Drives have almost become redundant.
