I plugged this in, attached my ipod and within 30 minutes there was a popping sound and then a burning smell. I unplugged it and luckily it hadn't damaged the ipod but needless to say the charger doesn't work anymore. I plugged it in the following morning but it seems to have burned itself out. I know it's cheap, but actually a product that doesn't work is expensive, no matter what it costs.

Does everything it says it would. Both computers I use it on find it immediately and download is seriously fast. Whay does anyone bother with burning discs anymore?! For a non-IT junkie I still find it amazing that you can carry around so much memory in a small stick. Great value - buy one...

After having had much more sophisticated and expensive Logitec and Philips webcams on previous PCs, I needed a new webcam to go with Vista. That limited my choice immediately and it was down to this one and one other - this one won on price initially and the fact that I only need it to use with MSN Messenger. This is perfect for that - it is easy to set-up, very clear picture and the sound is okay (not brilliant quality but it wasn't with the more expensive cameras). The only slight hiccup is that the cable it quite short and so it's not quite where I want to position the camera. I have tried a few usb sticks. I bought one of these first from a local shop. When I needed a 4G I thought I would get a different brand so I could tell which was which. I went to Curry's and bought their own but it is much, much slower. I bought a (since forgotten) new 2G from Amazon but gave it away. I bought some cheap 1G usb sticks and will now give them away. I have since bought a second EasyDisk from Amazon. Nothing I have tried is as fast as this. If you copy largish amounts of data regularly (I use mine for regulare backups) then you will be happy with this. I am going to stich with EasyDisk and use felt pens to distinguish between them all!

Now I bought this player with the free disk offer and took delivery last week. Plugged the player in and had a preview, which was impressive. Tried again later in the day and the player was faulty and would not work at all. I contacted Samsung and then Amazon and they delivered a replacement and took the old one away the next day, fabulous service. New one works a treat and the quality of the picture is exactly what I was after and at this price you cannot go wrong. I'm glad to have finally joined the HD revolution. Just hope the price of films reduce to acceptable levels soon!

I am pleased to say that my decision was correct and this is an excellent FM transmitter. I haven't even had to search for a different frequency on the iTrip, it's still on the default 88.1Mhz. If anyone out there is not sure if they should buy one or not, then I hope that reading this would encourage them to purchase one.

I borrowed one of these iPod Shuffles from my brother and I found it to be over-rated and rather annoying to use properly. First of all, when I came to load some music on it, I found that the only way to do it was through iTunes - i.e. I couldn't find a way to drag and drop music files into a containing folder as no icon appeared when the device was plugged in. Other run of the mill Mp3 players allow you to do this with no problem and I find this a far more convenient method than having to select playlists from the iTunes menu and go through individual mp3's with a fine tooth comb. thanks for telling me about avantage-online.co.uk i am new to this printer scam i got it a few months ago and this is the first time i had to replace the cartridges i was horrifed at the cost well i phoned them and got to talk to a realy nice guy that was able to advise me on the right cartridges to get they came today brillent could not praise them highly enought you dont have to get riped off with tiny cartridges the one they recomoned is 24ml's for 12 pounds
