Extreme three cerainly is fast at downloading multiple shots, which is useful if you are a sports photographer or similar. But they are the most unstable cards I have used. If you keep the images for any length of time and don't download to your computer you will find that many of the shots will be lossed. For instance if you are on holiday for 3 weeks or more you will find that about 20% of your photos have dropped off the card. The percentage will increase the longer the time. Sandisk must be aware of the problem, that is why they give free retrieval software with each and every card. I can't be the only person that has had this problem. Own up - Extreme three wears no clothes.

When I needed a vacuum cleaner, I didn't initially consider a Henry. A smiley face wasn't what I needed. It looks like a cross between a very basic 1970s vacuum cleaner and a merchandising tie-in with an old children's TV program. The Adventures of Henry and Hettie, CBBC, Thursdays at 4:30pm, or something like that. Bagged. No HEPA filtration. No DualTurbo Hurricane Dust Maelstrom blahblah system. 1200W, when 2000W is common. No pet hair remover tool (I have a lot of hair and shed like a pack of long-haired dogs, except that the hair is up to a couple of feet long). I bought this after owning/using several other cameras. I wanted something smallish I could carry around that would give me enough versatility to allow the SLR to stay at home. In the shop it was up against the Canon G9. I took some pictures with both and the one that required the least effort to get a good shot was the TZ5. The winning factors were: Very good image stabilization Excellent lens and zoom range Great screen Good build quality Easy to use What's not so good is: Sound in movie mode is poor, but useable. Just use a camcorder. Most digital cameras record at 30FPS, UK TV is 25 FPS. So they give slighly jerky playback anyway. But they do look good on a PC. ... Read More:

I bought a set of these having seen the reviews they've been getting both here and in What HiFi. The price has really dropped since the PureFi replacement product has gone on the market, so I figured I had nothing to lose. The build quality is excellent, my ipod (an 80gig video classic) fits well (as does my wife's nano), and the sound quality is impressive for such a small, cheap set of speakers. A friend has the £250 Bose system and the difference in quality is much smaller than you'd expect for a £200 difference in price! The remote control is small and simple but looks good and works well, although being shiny and black I know it won't be long before it picks up a couple of marks. If you're currently undecided as to whether you should buy this lens or not, then stop. Just buy this lens right now! It is one of (if not the) cheapest lens you can get for a Canon DSLR, yet the quality is absolutely amazing. The image quality is great, very sharp. Bokeh is superb. It's a very fast lens, and works very well in low light. It's also very small and light, too. You'll be amazed at how much smaller it is compared to your kit lens. The portait pictures that this lens produces are fantastic, and the wide aperture provides really bright images with shallow DoF. How to review, how to review? erm...You open the bag, you plug it in, it works up to 1080p, thats it, I mean what more can you ask? I have a £40 HDMI cable and this one, can't notice the difference. You only need low loss cables if they are going to be long distances, as others have said this is 1m and its digital and there are 15m cables out there that work so do you think this one wont? Get real, save some cash. Unless your the type that thinks orange stickers make your vinyl work better than green ones. LOL
