Came in nifty time from amazon, and a decent little package. It's extremely light, compared to the last one i had, and the light feature when you plug it in is a pretty good party trick. I agree with other people, i think the software is not needed. it's a good idea, but it just gets in the way. (you can always just delete it though). alround, this is a great little gadget, which looks great and works at a pretty decent speed. brilliant!

I was actually quite shocked at how easy this was to use, had it up and running perfectly within ten minutes of opening the package. Would recommend this to anyone, and will definitely be back for more.

Excellent. easy to use. Just plug in and I ready to go. (systems detects mass storage device and installs without issue). It even recognize the the drive as Freeagent. Already comes with NTFS formatted so I didn't even have to re-format the drive unlike some other competitor brands. What more it has 5 year warrantee. Data exchange was fast and easy. (make sure you plug in to a usb2.0 port as this makes a difference in speed of data transfer.)

I purchased this to replace my (at just 3 years old !) ageing Epson R300 which had leaked ink all over its' insides causing a short circuit which stopped it working, despite having only ever used genuine Epson cartridges, all Epson could offer was to repair it at £70 plus postage ! After studying lots of reviews it was clear that the iP4500 featured here represented just about the best value for money for this type of printer (and from Amazon it cost less than repairing the R300) coupled with one of the highest resolutions of 9600 x 2400. I am not going to knock the R300 as it had always produced excellent results but the Canon offers the same CD printing facility which works first time every time - Epson users will understand ! - and ... Fantastic little player. Having owned both a Sony mp3 player (Great player, rubbish, chunky, DRM infected software) and an iPod (Just plain rubbish, returned after 4-5 months, in which time I'd already had two full replacements - and iTunes is just yuk shudder) This little thing puts them both firmly in the shade. I've owned it now for about 3 months and had no issues whatsoever. Like a lot of the people on here the fist thing I did was to flash the firmware, updating the player with the US firmware as it got rid of the rather low EU set volume level limit (A good idea in practice - but I use the thing in a gym and other types of noisy areas) It has performed flawlessly since, you don't even need the supplied software as it integrates into XP systems with ... Henry is a legend! Reliable, durable & along with a great reputation for a reasonably priced hoover why go for a dyson when you can have the tyson of hoovers!!! Sure there are funky looking over rated hoovers out there but with an over rated price tag to match! Ordered on the sunday & selected the free supersaver delivery option, Henry was received safe & sound on the tuesday - thanks Amazon! :)

Absolutely fantastic. The best camera I have ever owned. I'm no professional, I wouldn't know what to do with a DSLR so whats the point. This is really easy to use and takes great pictures.
