Having had a PDA for a while, it has inevitably been scratched etc and the plastic screen protector was becoming a pain. This case is fairly light, very tough and fits the job well. It has 3 spaces for business/credit cards and a removable clip for a belt. It's well made and the PDA buttons and functions are still very accessible, so you don't need to keep taking it out to use it. A bargain!

The case isnt too bad - however I don't like the fact you cant hot sync it while in the case, and the sim cards holder leaves the contact side exposed. However for me the breaking point is that my palm T3 sticks out ever so slightly at the top - I don't know if this is normal for the T3 so I bought another T3 specific case, I'll keep this one as a spare or give it away to my mates.

I bought the aluminion case to protect my palm one but found it impossible to open and close easily, I stopped using it before I caused damaged my PDA with the very thing that was supposed to protect it

The idea is good - you can use the buttons to get to immediate information without opening the case. The problems start when you do need to open the case, which itself can be a bit fiddly, and use in your hand. The case will open fully onto the back of the device but in doing so exposes a few corners and edges that can make it unconfortable to hold for any length of time.

I now have had mine for a couple of months. I find it not only keeps my Palm well protected, but also provides a very useful wallet. It is the very fact that it is also a wallet means that I do always have it with me, and so remain organised. The closure strap is perhaps slightly in the way when using the Palm, but it is easy to tuck it behind your right hand when using the stylus to write. I would certainly recomend it to anyone who owns an m500/m505, a certain improvement on what comes with the Palm. Provides excellent protection to the Palm. The only slight drawback is you have to take it out of the wallet in-order to sync.

Do not buy these. They are by far the most astounding rip off I've ever come across. Screen protectors are a MUST for a palm, but I challenge ANYONE to apply one of these and write ANYTHING without immediately marking the protector (permanent visible scratch). I've used screen protectors from ProPorta - they last months before any visible deterioration. I've only just applied the PalmOne version but by the looks of things I'll need to change it in the next couple of days...

FLIP LID - missing I bought the silver case one. This is a good gadget if you would enjoy adding colour to your product. However, it fails miserably in not having a flip lid. My flip lid broke after 2 weeks. I am looking to replace the flip lid. I need a a new flip lid which this product does not come with. Also, what is the point of having a differeent colour for the inner casing/cover. What is needed is a new outer cover for the outer flip lid which is easily broken.
