I bought this screen protector for my Palm Tungsten E and it works great! If you are like me and use your palm a lot, the protector helps to keep those nasty old scratches off the screen. It also gives and keeps the "new-look" for longer. It is worth it to spend a little more for all the advantages.

I bought this case as added protection for my ZIRE 72 after reading reviews that the blue rubberised coating could easily peel from the handheld if scratched. Slipped the handheld into the Proporta case and the plastic grips on the case scratched the coating on the righthand side of the ZIRE. Until I inserted it in the case my ZIRE was in perfect condition. Badley designed product - if you purchase it be carefully inserting your handheld. Quite bulky as well.

Having been assured that this would work with my Palm Pilot, I bought it. It not only doesn't work, but it caused me to have to perform a hard reset on my Palm Pilot. Worse than useless - destructive too! The company charges to get drivers and provides no information about compatibility on it's website. Deceptive, useless, harmful - don't buy this product. Pay a little more and get an official keyboard from Palm or whatever company makes your device rather than trying to work with the lies and misdirection from the makers of this device. The included CD does not work for non-Windows machines. You would think that making available a driver is as simple as making a PRC file or equivalent and putting it up for download.

If you buy any Palm Sized PDA this Kit is the way to go. The case is not bad and the screen protectors are very handy. It comes with a multifunction pen which I did'nt like.

The case looks beautiful and appears sturdy but has a fatal flaw. Although it shuts fine whilst empty when I put my T3 in it it would no longer shut. The individual case that I received does not appear to be faulty. It seems as if the manufacturer forgot to take into account the fact that the buttons on the T3 are slightly raised, so it just doesn't shut.

After having used the Hard Case for a few months now, except for the price, all the other problems mentioned by the other shoppers seem hardly worth thinking about. For me, the case has served my Palm Vx well and provided good protection. Sometimes however, the Contrast button at the top of the Palm Vx would press accidentally. The important thing though is that Palm have listened to its customers and brought out the "Scribble Palm-Tec Aluminium Hard Case for m500 series", which seems to solve all the problems found in the "Palm Vx/V Hard Case". This means of course that to enjoy its benefits, I would have to purchase a Palm m500 series PDA!
