I've used this for 18 months now. It's a great piece of kit, but it is not worth the £££ I spent on it. For the money, I expect something all-singing and all-dancing, not something that has me swearing in frustration at it's limitations. If you're contemplating buying this, see if you can borrow a unit to have a go with. A cheapo sat-nav in a waterproof tankbag might be a more cost-effective option.

I've had this unit for a couple of years now and I absolutely love it. It really helps gauge your training whether you are walking, running or biking, on or off road. It is easy to use, clear to see and comfortable to wear. Battery life is great too and the unit is easy to recharge from your PC. The only minor gripe I have is that it can lose signal under the cover of trees. The software is great and is continually updated, and your routes can be shown on Google Maps as well now. Value for money is increasing as the price drops.

Trying to fit the phone into the case is more than fiddly it is nigh on impossible and i have damaged the plastic cover in trying to get my phone to fit...although i note that someone has successfully managed to fit their phone to the case....i guess that because the case is now damaged i won't get my moneyback either :o(

I recently purchased this item hoping that it would let me watch my videos on my tv on my ipod classic. well it doesn't work for videos on the ipod classic, works for music and photos but thats it. I tried it on the previous ipod model which i had (30gb video) the videos worked but the picture was very blurry and when you turned up the volume a weird buzzing sound came from the t.v. if you are planning on buying this to watch videos on your t.v don't if your buying it to use your t.v as an ipod speaker or to show photographs then buy it

A great product. I used it for a whole year in France and always kept it on me. If you're learning French then I think an electronic dictionary is essential, and out of the few I've seen this is by far the best. Good full definitions of words with helpful IPA pronunciation, easy to use. So much quicker than a paper dictionary, it turns reading in French from a trial into a pleasure.

I bought this item because the screen on my iPaq was broken when using the case it came with. I had the screen repaired and bought this case in the hope that it will protect the iPaq better. So far so good. The case is quite good but unfortunately it makes the rather light and small iPaq 114 much bulkier. It has gone from the small, drop it in your shirt pocket PDA I had bought into a bulky Jacket pocket item which is rather unfortunate. It seems to be well made and you can use the PDA with it in the case. With my old iPaq I had to take it out of it's case to charge and update it so this is a step forward. I was not happy with the third party company who supplied the item (not Amazon)however.
