I bought this for my daughter who is disabled and was having problems recording and remembering homework, deadlines etc at college. As she cannot write, I thought this would be ideal as a basic planner. Fortunately, my elder University student daughter was here when it arrived.... just as well! She battled with it for over an hour and concluded it was just TOO complicated for what it was suppose to do...in the end she gave up. I then attempted to understand, get to grips with it and show my younger daughter how to work it ..I persevered for a further hour when I too abandoned all hope of ever understanding it. Bought this phone and had it for about 2 days so far, and absolutely LOVE it. Some people have called it a cheap blackberry, and to be honest it is in a way, except with windows and it works on pay-as-you-go. The windows mobile software is brilliant, and i like JOGGR (although its a marmite thing) Except, there's a few cons: Firstly, a few things concerning the specs - ive gone to this phone from a sony ericsson k800i, and MY GOD is there a difference between the 3.2MP Cybershot camera and the 1.3MP normal camera on this. I have had a couple of Krussell cases before for Sony Ericson phones. So I was delighted to see they had made one for the iphone. I bought this Krussell case for the original iphone and was delighted that the new 3g fitted just as well. I think the red lining is classy, and it is still wearing well. The flap protects the front and the cutouts allow access to all the buttons and connections. The front flap fold back round and gives more bulk to the phone and comfortable to hold. The design acts as a stand and the clip on the back fits into one of the three cut outs. No other case I know of allows this. I bought this hoping it would help find where I wanted to go to in the U.S.A. and it did that and more,you really must have one of these if you plan to drive over there, it saved me time,gave me the choice of using toll roads, helped find nearest restaurants and much more. This is the slimmest usb device I've ever seen, really. Tip: do not install the driver that came with the product. If all you need to do is send and receive files, let windows find a driver. If you need the serial port service, go online and download the latest bluesoleil driver. Gave me the service I needed the most - integrating with Winamps player and Controlfreak - afterabout 45 mins of fiddling. ... but I still prefer the driver that comes with the belkin device, won't work with this one though

I did and regret doing so. What have you done Krusell? I got an excellent case made by you for my w800i. I then upgraded to a C902. Your case for the C902 was badly stitched meaning it was impossible to plug in a headset or charger through the case opening for them which was off-centre. Volume and camera buttons on the other side are likewise inaccessible. I think the awkward case design makes its almost impossible to stitch well. Those poor sewing machinists in Thailand! Lastly the sewing in of a clear plastic keyboard cover but leaving the screen naked to smears and scratches is baffling. I'm not buying another Krusell.
