After 6 months the phone stopped working - probably something to do with the screen - the normal phone fixing shops will not take it - have emailed the supplier twice with no reply - not impressed that you can buy something and then not get it fixed.

I found the device easy to use and very intuitive; it's software worked very well and the updates were very good..however.. the main reason I bought this unit, the ability to know what traffic is doing ahead of me and suggest detours, simply doesn't work. The guy at Halfords helpfully informed me that it doesn't work in Surrey (which would have been great advice had it been given at the point of purchase!) and that because all manufacturers seem to be using TMC now there is No sat nav that can help. The ONE has now been returned and I await developments with interest. (He mentioned digital units that should be available soon...?) I would advise everyone to check TMC in the the shop you buy it from (or just outside) - do you have a signal? ... Read More:

I was having problems with Signal strength and reception with my ICN 520. This was due to the Ford Heated windscreen in my Car. The external antenna has transformed my reception getting nearly maximum strength and reception. Recommended if you are experiencing problems with Signal Strength.

I ordered my PocketSurfer2 not knowing what to expect. I was blown away when I opened it and started using it. You get 20 hours of free surfing each month, which is sufficient for a mobile device. From this you can surf anything - but cant't watch online videos. The keyboard is quite similar to the Motorola RAZR mobile phone, I wouldn't be surprised if it was made by the same people. You use your thumbs to use it. The screen is adequete for the purpose, it is not the same as a laptop display. But you can change the settings and keep it on highest, And you'll need to do this for each session. But once you've done that the screen is fine. Plus Points Looks OK. Minus Points. Doesn't fit Z22. Awkward fastening. Stylus just falls out. Ditto for Z22! Obviously made specially for the Z22 as it has SD storage (unlike the Z22!); it has a neat cut out for the controller (not in the correct position for the Z22!); The fit is perfect (for a different PDA!). Seriously. It is possible to remove the Z22 from this case through the screen cutout. The fit is so bad that it is really difficult to use in the case. Avoid like a half-cooked chicken sndwich with a side order of salmonella. Enjoy! Chris Lansdown.

I had to return this charger as it was not compatible with my Tom Tom one V2. At the time of purchase there was no indication of this in the product description.
