31.Nintendo Wii Component Cable (PEGA) [video game] from: Nintendo

Electronics : Nintendo Wii Component Cable (PEGA) [video game]

I have a small LCD HDTV, and the first thing i noticed when plugging in the wii via scart is that the quality of the picture was terrible. I was saddened moreso when i discovered that the wii has minimal HD output.
I bought this cable in hope to get a vastly improved picture quality, and while it admittedly improved the sharpness overall, it isn't enough to say it's a formiddable jump.
I'd highly recommend this cable for anybody with an HDTV, but do not expect a massive overhaul of the picture quality. More often than not it simply highlights the sharp edges and bad textures in games like zelda, which were made for a smaller resolution (gamecube port).
If you still have a CRT/Big back TV lying around, i'd suggest you plugged ... Read More:

I bought the iPAQ to replace my deceased Palm Tungsten E which I liked, but the new Tungstens have had reports of unreliability. On the positive side the iPAQ syncs easily with my Windows XP computer, and was easy to connect with my domestic WiFi, though using the internet on a small screen will always be a limited and frustrating experience.
However I find the Windows Mobile 6 operating system very clunky to use, no quicker than the organiser on my mobile phone. The Palm was far simpler and more intuitive. The real question is whether it is worth having the iPAQ as well as your mobile phone. To make the case it has to do the job better and quicker. For me it isn't a sufficient improvement over the phone. If you are going to use the Mobile ... Read More:

This bit of kit is brilliant, I need to be able to look down and get a grid for my current location instantly and this does that for me. Unfortunately I have now lost 2 units because the bloody pins that retain it to the strap are far too weak.

I'm buying a third but make sure you use duct tape or something!

Bought this as Belkin appear to be reputable brand. Whilst not an expert, I am reasonably PC literate and have set up wireless networks (successfully) before. I installed it as per instructions. It went like a dream and I was on the internet in minutes. That night I switch off PC. Next day, switch on - no wireless connection. Try to open Belkin software and it tells me to connect the adapter 1st - it is already connected! No matter what, software won't open and cannot get a connection. Tried various things, including uninstalling and starting from scratch, but no joy. It's going back for a refund tomorrow.

Easy to use and a great aid to running. Signal is brilliant where I am but can imagine it could disappear in dense wood or town area. But then take the warnings in the reviews and move up a model or two to improve this minor problem. Enjoy!

I purchased this from Amazon for my wife for Christmas, so cannot say I have actually used it. What I would like to say is that the larger screen, the size of the keys and the layout of the keys, makes this a far superior product to the pocket example, that I do own myself. The size of the product is still a handy size, but even though it is not a great deal larger than the pocket size it is much easier to operate, particulary for those people with larger hands, or perhaps slight difficulties with stiffness in their hands. The information the dictionary provides is as good as anything on the market.

I used to own the Garmin emap so I had a good idea what to expect from Garmin. The main reason I went for this model was because it has a Micro SD card and a sensitive receiver.

I found that the receiver works fine under trees as stated, I even keep it under my fleece when out running and it still has a signal. I use a free tool called gps dump to convert my track log to kml and then I can view it in google earth.

The electronic compass works great as long as you calibrate it first, this just involves turning it around its axis a couple of times. Note that you can turn it off to save batteries. It is only useful when standing still anyway and can be set to go off once you are moving over a certain speed, it wil us the gps to get the heading ... Read More:

This was my first sat-nav and I have absolutely no regrets about buying it. It's ridiculously easy to use, with a clear display and excellent voice instructions which are perfectly audible even in an open-topped car! It's also a convenient size for slipping into a jacket pocket when you leave the car for a even a few minutes.

With regard to the "problems" that have been mentioned elsewhere - there have been occasions when it's taken some time to get a signal, but those occasions have been very few and far between. On the subject of routing errors, I have yet to find a sat-nav that doesn't have them! Any sat-nav is an AID, not a substitute for a brain! If the sat-nav tells me that I'm driving across a field because it doesn't recognise a new road, I've found that ... Read More:
