I'm generally very please with the GT420U. Pros: - Plays common music formats (MP3/AAC/WMA) and works well irrespective of folder layout. - Reads ID tags and displays well. - Good sound quality. - Great radio. - Easy to install. The single flaw that stops a 5-star review is that it comes with a remote control and this is needed to change the clock and take the display out of demo mode. The remote is small and no doubt easy to misplace, and then it's going to be seriously annoying.

Very clever product, but the Bluetooth connection can be a little unstable and the product is easily switched on in transit as there is no "lock" mode.

Bought this based on previous review. Very disappointed mainly because of the poor performance. Could not get it to provide a decent sound. I then bought a Griffin transmitter and the difference was huge. Do not buy this product but the Griffin. The holder itself is ok - but the arm and attachment to the window??? I would like to find one modern car with racked windscreen where this would be any good Hopeless and a waste of money
