The genuine DC-4 is a decent bit of kit - well made and looks exactly like the item in the picture. What you receive is not even a close copy of the Nokia item. I refuse to plug it in and will be returning it due to complete misrepresentation. Frankly, do not even bother.

Great piece of equipment, it does everything that is claimed. It doesn't move on the dash and is simple to use. Another bonus is that being closer to you it is easier to view the Sat-Nav. Full marks would recommend to anyone

The Parrot is a good unit when it works, but unfortunately does not seem to function correctly all of the time. When it works, the sound is clear, and the person at the other end can hear you clearly enough. The main issues I have had with the unit is that it cannot seem to remember the voice tags I've recorded to it, and it gets confused - not even with names that sound alike. It also intermittently has problems with the phone pairing - so will not actually output the sound on the handsfree unit. The problems don't happen alot, but it is unpredictable as to when it will happen, which can get quite frustrating. Does exactly what it says on the box - and does it very well. The extending cable is a great idea, so there's not masses of wires all over the place. The sound quality is very good, and is limited only by the quality of the cassette player you put it in. Great gadget for a great price.

I got this to play with my Zen stone in the car.... took me a while to figure out how to set it up - probably cos im not the quickest when it comes to technical devices, however now ive mastered it, its straightforward enuf.... Battery life seems good, easy to connect, although i now seem to have a lot of wire and devices floating around the gear stick. Sound quality isnt great. Its ok to have it on in the background, but u wont be able to crank it up as loud as you want without the song quality being compromised. I thought this might also be due to the MP3 player i was using the transmittor with, i've recently upgraded the ZEN stone to a ZEN mosiac, and the sound quality is indeed much better, though again, there is a limit ... I bought a TomTom 720 in March 2008 and totally regret doing so. Soon after purchase the device would occasionally turn itself off for no reason.These episodes got more regular until it eventually only stayed on for a few seconds. I sent the unit back for repair, being told that it usually takes 5-7 working days to turn around. After some very expensive 'hold the line' phone calls to the elusive customer support and a 1 month wait (waiting for parts they said), I received the repaired unit back. They obviously are not competent in the repairs field, as the unit still does not work. As soon as i recieved these headphones i noticed they were huge, although that has so far been the only problem. They have superb sound quality and a very comfortable fit and i would definatly recommend them. Only downside is i feel like they stick way to far out from ear.

Product is cheap, tacky and lightweight, probably cost about 30p to make. The sound quality is poor, a constant shrill and significant feedback can be heard at all times. Also the frequency you set on the device is not the frequency that it is transmitted to on the radio. On contacting their sales email address asking for their address to return the item and activate the 7 day money back guarentee got nothing back, so emailed again - nothing, by which point the 7 days had past. I sent a third email stressing how disapointed I was in their service and pointed out I would leave negative feedback if they didnt respond - safe to say they have not got in touch with me. I will track them down.

I bought this unit in January 2008, and have used it about six times "for real". Now, it has developed a loose or broken wire, so it no longer works. I'm awaiting TomTom's response on a warranty replacement. I don't think it is built sturdily enough for repeated connection and disconnection, which is a bind if you are security-minded. I dismantle the unit and the TomTom XL it's attached to each time I leave the car and I find the set up of the aerial is just too fiddly, which is why I haven't used it much except for major long distance journeys. I tend to know where the traffic builds up locally and the ways round jams on regular routes anyway. I settled on the "down the centre of the screen, behind the rear view mirror" ... Read More:
