Does what it says on the tin, but thats exactly whats the issue, the music sounds like it coming from a tin! Its is cheap and it will charge your ipod, but definately the worst sound quality i have heard from a transmitter

Pros: Comes with a fairly good instruction booklet. But, to be frank, you don't need it unless you are a complete technophobe; the operation of the equipment is quite intuitive. I just plugged it into the cigar lighter socket; found a frequency that was spare on the car radio; tuned the device to that frequency and hey presto! I had almost cd quality music blaring out of the speakers. Cons: There is an annoying buzzing noise in the silence between the tracks, this disappears completely when music is playing. I'm not sure what it will be like with the spoken word. Also, I found that the plug was a very tight fit in my car's cigar lighter socket which made removal a tad fiddly. The adapter turned up as expected. You plug it in, the red light comes on to show it's powered, you plug your ipod cable in - nothing happens. Please don't buy this and expect it to work. Binned - it wasnt worth my time to send it back. Rubbish.

This is a perfect item, fits well and easily manipulated to make the necessary adjustment for both myself and my wife to see depending who was driving. I have a N95 and it fits perfectly, i could also make pretty much any phone fit as its sturdy and fits easily into the holder which is impecably well made. Not too expensive and well worth the money paid..

I have just fitted this radio, the installation was easy ,both the wiring and internal antenna. The dab reception is fantastic and even worked for a while in a multi storey car park , on leaving the car park it regained the signal as quick as FM .Sound and volume are good. Mp3 player works fine and scrolls titles as well.I don`t have any issues with the buttons , you just have to get used to them as with any new gadget. I connected my tom tom with the auxiliary cable(supplied)and it too works.overall ,Im well happy

I bought this adapter to hook my 160gb iPod Classic up to my 2 year old jvc header unit. Once it is all plugged together you can no longer control the ipod directly, instead using the header unit to directly access the iPod. With my header unit I can only access the 'music' section of my iPod, so no podcasts, but you can select music from all the standard music categories (album, artist, song, playlist, etc). Control through my header unit mirrors the up/down/left/right controls of the click wheel, with left/right also doubling for using the click wheel.
