71.Microsoft Natural Wireless Laser Mouse 6000 from: Microsoft

Electronics : Microsoft Natural Wireless Laser Mouse 6000

After using this mouse for a week, I'm disappointed. It's a lot smaller than I expected - it feels a bit like one of those "mobile" mice, with no support under the palm. I find myself bending my wrist so it sits on the desk behind the mouse. This contortion is exacerbated by the height of the mouse. Indeed, my wrist started aching after a few days' use. If you've got tiny hands, this might be a good mouse for you. If not, I'd advise you to look elsewhere.

Nice quality mouse but even for a notebook mouse the wire is much too short, it should have been at least a foot longer. The other issue is it doesn't work as well as an optical mouse (the V150 is lazer) on unusual surfaces (esp. fabrics), and I would say it also feels quite a bit laggier (delayed) than the optical mouse I was using before.

Hard to grumble for the price, but it's not perfect. If you always use it on a hard surface within a foot of your notebook, you would have less problems with it, but even then it just doesn't feel that great to use.

Great price, quick delivery and I'm sure it's up to the normal Logitech quality.
I was after one of those tiny mouse that you see people using with their laptops on the train. They are about one quarter the size of a normal mouse.
The Logitech Mini Mouse isn't one of those. I compared it with my regular mouse and it's about four-fifth's of the size. Still too large for my 3 year old (the intended user). Perhaps great for a lady with small hands.

I give it 5 stars because it's my own fault for assuming that "mini" meant something it doesn't.

I spent a long time looking at various mice, including reading lots of tech reviews, before settling on this one. Ill try to share what Ive learnt, so you dont have to wade through the same painful process as I did.

Although I ended up buying a gaming mouse, I dont use it for gaming very often. Im a software and web developer and so often spend a lot of time at the PC. It was important the mouse was comfortable, light, and accurate.
I also wanted to avoid too many buttons which often just detract from the overall usability.

Wireless vs Wired
------------------
Initially I wanted a wireless mouse, but the general concensus seems to be that wireless mice are heavier and a bit tiring to use after a while.

I use this mouse for my laptop, and I find it far far better than any dedicated laptop mouse I have used. It fits my hand nicely, has a long battery life (3 years of ownership and maybe 6 battery changes isn't too bad!). It is also nicely weighted, which sounds silly but is quite important in my opinion. I have had no problems with this mouse and hope to use it for many years to come!

I bought this set for my wife who is possibly the biggest pink fan in the world. I didn't even realise they made something like this so I jumped at the chance.

I was a bit wary given the low price of only £20 but the fact they're made by Saitek, who make a lot of high-end gaming peripherals, gave me some confidence, along with loads of positive reviews on the American Amazon site.

The quality and finish are very good. The keys have a nice quiet light response and the layout is comfortable. You get all the usual multimedia hotkeys along the top too. The mouse is actually sold separately as a notebook mouse so be warned that it's pretty small. Ideal for small hands but not for everyone. Still, it's nice and light, comfortable and has a decent ... I got this keyboard to plug into an Ubuntu living room PC. I have also used this keyboard with Windows XP.

One thing I like about this is that it requires no drivers in XP or Ubuntu - it just appear like a normal keyboard and mouse. This is especially important for Linux, as I lost weeks of my life trying to get a Belkin bluetooth keyboard and mouse to work in Ubuntu.

Unlike cheaper wireless keyboards which only have a couple of feet of range, and are designed for desktop use, this one easily works across the living room. It is contoured to sit comfortably in both hands, or on your knees.
The trackball and positioning of the primary button are very natural - much more so than a normal mouse I think. Navigating with the mouse is certainly ... Read More:

I'm one of these left handers that has always tried to fit in - I just manage with right handed stuff - so I've been clicking and dragging with 'generic' mice for longer than I care to remember! - I bought this because I wanted some programmable buttons for an application I have to use a lot - and It's an absolute treat - comfortable, tracks perfectly and with 10 buttons you can programme individually for each application, very powerful.

If you are of a geeky persuasion (guilty as charged) check out 'uber-options' via the Logitech forums. - Not officially supported, but it adds much greater flexibility to the programmable stuff.

So celebrate your 'Southpaw' and treat yourself!

I bought this on Amazon but through a company called GDL. The keyboard is absolute rubbish, all the keys are in different places then those on a standard keyboard and when you press the keys the wrong letter/symbol comes up. When conacting GDL they advised I had the wrong drivers installed for the keyboard. Even though I could get the correct drivers installed it doesnt change the fact that the keyboard is laid out differenty and this isn't advised anywhere. The keyboard also feels cheap and nasty to type with. The mouse is only a notebook/compact size one, which again isn't advised anywhere. Overall all your paying for is something that looks pretty but is useless for what it is intended for. I advise you stay away from buying from GDL as well as they have been very unhelpful ...
