I have had several mp3 players in the past, this product is quality, the sound and earphones are phonomenal. The whole package just eeks with Sony class. Stay away from Samsung etc this is the product to buy, absolute quality

This iPod looked dodgy ever since it came out. It looks more or less a miniature version of the ipod classic. It's just £50 than a classic. This only store 8 GB while classic store 80 GB and it has no extra features whatsoever. Finally the 4th generation is out and that can do things the classic can't so don't buy this.

This product looks the part but unfortunately it doesn't work with Vista. Despite trawling the web looking for fixes I have finally given up and had to return the player. So be careful when purhcasing...

The new nano is great, the best one that's ever come out! The colour is amazing and the screen is awesome. Yes it doesn't charge with most speakers but if it's fully charged the battery lasts for ages anyway so just charge it over night! People have also complained about the cover flow. I think it's fine. To be honest it looks dam good when you have all the album covers on there. All in all it looks great, sounds great, and functions great there is no other mp3 I would consider buying.

To answer that nagging question that seems to remain unanswered on the web, or that which the Sony customer services fail to inform you, YES this gadget IS mac compatable and will function as an external hard drive. In addition to this, those with Apple Macbooks - The Bluetooth facility is easy to use and Syncs up well with my v4. Not much else to say that isnt covered in the tech specs. Looks very nice and compact, however, was unable to download anything via the USB cable as the connection was damaged internally and TeckNet put this down to user error!!

I bought one of these and all I can say is it's brilliant! I had no problems getting my computer to recognise it (XP) I've put a few albums on it and have over half of the memory left. I also put a couple of videos on it, obviously they're not great quality, but good enough for an mp3 player. All in all I think it's great value for money and a definate must have!
