The headset came partially charged and only needed about a half hours charge (with the supplied mains charger) before being able to use it. Simplicity itself "pairing" the headset to my Bluetooth enabled (Nokia) phone following the instructions. A comfortable fit over the ear with a choice of ear pads to suit different ear shapes, however it does make my ear stick out a little. Whilst the headset is very light, you are aware that you're wearing it for the first half hour or so, after which the sensation of wearing it disappears. Having bought a few of these previously, i thought this one would be different. One advertised pointed out a lifetime guarantee which left me wondering how this would work. Many reviewers described problems with the case not fitting properly and flimsy plastic breaking within days. I would agree and definitely not worth the money if not fit for the purpose for which it is intended. One way to stop the cover coming of is to put some sello tape on the top of the case and behind the sliding part of the phone. Now the cover doesn't come off. Won't buy this again unless it improves for the better.

I have owned a V3i for about 2 years and never had problems with it, the overall layout is very good, the touch keys are well spaced for the average fingers and the screen is a great size for looking at pics and video. The games are not bad, I enjoyed the racing game. The music side of the phone is good overall although if you have a large amount of files(especially with a 1G memory card), the media player tends to lock up as I dont think it can handle the quantity. The memory card capacity (1Gb) is not bad but I hoped it would support a larger card as this is the norm for phones now. Texting is good once you get the hang of it although the predictive texting can be a bit of a pain. Bluetooth facility is good and is easy to set up. I particularly ... Read More:

I've had this handset for around 6 months and I reckon I still haven't discovered all it has to offer! Upsides - superb all-round entertainment handset, camera clarity, video calling, memory, websurfing, display of webpages and Nokia/Google Maps (clear satellite images), movies are displayed really well, the N-Gage gaming platform is great. Downsides - abysmal battery life, weightiness (brick in pocket springs to mind!), camera takes an age to warm up and get focussed, inner keypad is on the small side, no card slot. It isn't really a good business phone (organiser is a bit basic, difficult to master typing emails and stuff on that miniscule keypad). Other than that (hope I haven't put you off!) it's a beautiful handset!

The charger itself is formed from a solid resin block and is nicely compact unlike some others that I have, but is still robust enough not to be easily damaged when kept in a drawer etc.
