iStuff Companion Speakers Good points: very, very small & light & have a neat little case if you like that kind of thing. No batteries or power is needed, which makes them very portable. Bad points: poor quality sound and distortion at high volumes. The maximum volume is just enough to be heard in one room, but not if the room is full of people. Also the headphone jack lead is very short. Portable Folding Speakers for Ipods & mp3 players - white = the same as you find on lots of websites. Good points: maximum volume better than iStuff. Not too big. Bad points: heavier than the others because of need for batteries. This is its greatest limitation, I think. Batteries only last about 6 - 8 hours ... Read More:

I have been using this model now for seven months,and apart from only getting about fifteen channels, when I thought I would get dozens as it's digital I am still quite pleased with it.But what really made me sit down and write this review is that I had to send it back today as it started playing up which does happen, (but you do get a two year warranty).Unfortunately you have to send it back to pure at your expense which is not cheap as you need to insure it as well for peace of mind. If you buy it from amazon like I did they will only exchange it within six months after which you will have to send it back to pure. Bear that in mind if you are buying one (it's a lot easier taking it back to a local store) under pures two year warranty.

I am a Pure fan and this is my sixth Pure digital radio. I had such high hopes. Firstly let me say that the radio or Chargepak E1 that I bought at the same time has a fault in that it will not run on battery power for more than 10 minutes - then the controls lock up. So it's going back. Pure's customer relations is creaky to say the least. I have been waiting for five days now for a return lable and still not sign despite various promises. Apart from the fault the radio sounds great and it mostly works ok. But yet again this is a wi-fi /DAB radio with a really clunky interface and quite horrible to use. My first internet/DAB was the Tangent Qauttro which outperforms this piece of junk as well as the Roberts Stream - another duff purchase - ... Read More:

Firstly i would like to complement Amazon on a fantastic ordering system and delivery. Then the product its self; The Logitech Z-2300 are 100% the best speakers i have ever owned (and i've had many.) From the high's to the low's, the sound is crisp and clear and for a review on the bass, well i don't think you can get better for your money. I would recommend these speakers to anyone who wants Laptop/PC speakers and even better for Films and Gaming. I would also like to add that they are bigger than i thought, which in my case was a pleasant surprise but honestly, for Amazon's amazing price, these ARE the best speakers on the market for this price!

I've had this Sony ipod alarm clock for around 4 months now and I must say I am relatively impressed. Sure you may think it is quite pricey for an alarm clock but rest assured it does so much more. I personally was sick of the horrible tin can sound of my old alarm clock and decided that I wanted to wake up to something that actually sounded decent. Don't let the 3W RMS fool you, this alarm clock packs a punch and surprisingly a decent amount of undistorted bass (providing you don't crank it up to its maximum volume - and even then distortion only occurs in songs with a prominant bass track. This is a great radio, and has almost taken over from television, which can be nothing but a good thing, and transcends the world of radio.Two minor faults; If a dvd player/tv, or electrical appliance is on nearby, the sound is terrible, and it has very poor sound body level with classical music, particularly complex multi-voiced or instrumental,which you have to listen to next to your nose for true fidelity,which can be tiring on the arms, unless you have a special bedside platform built, which will be worthwhile for the classical music sound is superb like this, if not at a distance like the bedside table, and in all other respects it is a tremendous superman radio,superman because I have a very low boredom threshold, especially for 90% of T.V, and am now no longer bored ... Don't own one, yet. Am thinking about buying one. Just thought I'd comment on the goon who criticised the mere 1000 charges that the product can take! Using basic maths, and even with varying permutations of usage per day/week, that would still give you in excess of 15 years use!! Not good enough for you?? Div. Think before you write...

Great speakers, really good sound for camping or on holiday, although make sure to treat them with care as they are delicate. Just a word of warning, I received mine from an Amazon Marketplace seller (iTALKonline), and I did not receive a carry case or instructions. Contacted them and was told to return them, which is a rubbish option. Why were they unpacked if they were new? Just check before you buy.

Initially this clock seemed like a great little gadget, I liked having the date as well as time settings and the colour changing lights were really impressive. However....the alarm is not only fiddly to programme but so quiet that you may as well not bother; the snooze function on mine didn't work either. I decided to go back to my old alarm and just use the Aurora to tell the time but even that didn't work as the clock runs fast; I have had it for about 10 months and the time is 15 mintues off.
