I bought this telescope as a smaller, lightweight alternative to my 150mm f/5 Skywatcher reflector to take with me on holidays.

The Seben Comet is lightweight and compact however it has some limitations that will disappoint experienced astronomers right-away and may frustrate beginners quite quickly.

This is an f/13 telescope and as one might predict, it gives a rather dim image. You won't be able to see nebulae and resolving double-stars is a challenge. The brightest stars do come out well though.

Only one eye-piece (26mm) is provided, but practically this is all you can use anyway- I tried a 10mm and frankly it was awful.
