The item in the image clearly shows a Write protection switch. The item you buy does not have one. Anyone wanting the write protection feature ( as I was ) do not buy the item, you will be dissapointed ( like me ). The item description should state that it does not have a write protection switch. The image is very misleading and should be changed.

I bought this in January and although I did use it a couple of times a week, this really is not up to the job. It's now broken. In fact it broke about a month ago. I put up with the oily smell that others had commented on but thought it would go. It didn't really. This time I'm going to buy a Kenwood as this one lasted for years and never complained about the amount of mixture! Don't buy it!!

I just recieved mine today and first impressions is that it is an attractive camera. The pictures are clear. But the camera itself is quite difficult to use as theres so many functions. Not having a black and white setting is a bit of a let down but you can easily download picasa 2 on google n edit your images on there. Its small enough to fit in your pocket or bag and is great for taking pictures with your friends. i suggest buying a 2GB memory card for it as they are so cheap now. Its a really good buy and an excellent value for money, when i told everyone how cheap it wsa they were astonished.
