on saterday i paid 6-99 for 5 discs at a local retailer,ibought 10 of u for just over 7-00,u cannot tell the differance,very good value for the money.

For owners of Canon printers. If you want good quality photographs and photographs that will remain good quality for many years to come, genuine Canon Ink Cartridges should be purchased. I have tried all the cheaper cartridges available over the years and have found there is no substitute for the genuine article. Cheap inks cartridges are ok for rough work but to use cheap cartridges for quality photographic prints is false economy. Don't be tempted by cheap cartridges if you want long lasting colour prints. P.S. I am a genuine customer and have no connection with Canon or any other manufacturer. This is purely my advice based on many years of printing photographs on Canon printers of various types.

I wanted a printer that worked on a network because I was tired of having to switch on my wife's computer every time I needed to request a print via our wired network. When the old Epson gave up the ghost I decided to investigate Canon printers as they seem to come out on top in independent reviews. I have not been disappointed and so far it has performed impeccably. The set-up guide appears rather awesome initially but if you read through it and follow the instructions carefully you should have no problem. Attaching anything to a network is often problematic but setting up our two computers to work with the printer through our network was trouble-free. Having grown sick and tired of ink-jet printers, I decided to have a look at lasers and was pleasantly surprised by the price of the P1005. I only need basic black and white capabilities, and thanks to the previous reviewers' comments, it was a bit of a no-brainer when it came to making a decision! I'm not disappointed. The P1005 doesn't take up much room, it look fairly solid, the software is quick and easy to install (I'm running Windows XP) and the print quality is excellent. Okay, it's a bit noisy (but no more so than my ink-jet) and the paper does warp very slightly (I haven't tried better quality paper yet - so maybe it's just down to the cheap brand I've been using so far) and it doesn't come with the necessary USB cable. These long life cartridges last well and are very reliable. Ignore any 'low ink' messages - just give the thing a shake and carry on until it dies. Recommended

Love this product! Delivery was very prompt. Received within a couple of days of ordering. Compact design without too many complicated buttons to play with. Very easy to set up and use. Got mine done in less than five minutes! Not bad for a middle aged guy! Instructions were very easy to follow. Once I'd put my glasses on! The range of the internal mic is suprisingly good. I could pick up people talking normally from 5 or 6 metres away! All that you would want from this kind of product and at a very reasonable price. I'd recommend this item to anyone looking for simplicity and value for money.

I ordered this after going through reviews and comparing with other products with the reviews/prices and technical spec given. I can say that this give great quality of sounds and easy of setup, worth for the money you spend. The box requires bit of space but you can keep it under the table and the speakers are nice and small.
